Buena atención
Pros:

La atención del personal fue muy buena la del recepcionista Néstor un joven muy servicial y amable la Sra de la cocina también las habitaciones son cómodas la cama era grande cómoda y la cercanía a la embajada es excelente la ubicación

Reserve la habitacion a traves de la aplicacion, me confirmaron la reserva incluso a traves de mi whatsapp, me escribieron en varias oportunidades para confirmar la hora de llegada, lo cual les respondi y al llegar al hotel a pesar de que si tenian la reserva a mi nombre me dicen que la habitacion se la reservaron a otra persona que pago primero y que ya no tienen disponibilidad, me parece una falta de respeto y muy inseguro reservar por medio de esta aplicacion, no la recomiendo.

Pese a que no tenian disponibilidad igual aceptaron reservas, teniendo sobrecupo y refiriendome a Hotel Ariston Embassy- donde fue pésima la atención, no tienen en cuenta al huésped a la hora de mantener voz baja, incómodas camas, el lavamanos se inundaba solo, la puerta del baño no cerraba.

Cons:

Hotel Ariston Embassy- Nada me gustó. Nadie puede descansar con ese ruido de la recepcionistas con todos, me enteré de toda su vida desde mi habitación.
Pésima atención (y ni una disculpa por hablar mal) no tienen en cuenta al huésped a la hora de mantener voz baja, incómodas camas, el lavamanos se inundaba solo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, por rota.

Tuve que solicitar el cambio del cuarto ya que se encontraba sucio, estaba lleno de pelos y las sabanas estaban manchadas, en el nuevo cuarto, la ducha del baño estaba mala y el piso no estaba del todo limpio, las instalaciones no están en muy buen estado.

Solo para conciliar el sueño durante mi estadía en Bogotá
Pros:

La ubicación, muy buena.

Cons:

El estado de los baños, No había una silla en la habitación, no había una mesa para escribir y me sembró dudas la limpieza de las sabanas, almohadas y demás elementos de la cama.
