Ok for families.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and its located around 10 minutes from the terminal and not withing walking distance. On the down side there is no breakfast for the price and the noise from other rooms can be heard clearly. lots of people actually live there. You are also about 15 minute walk from the plaza.

Pros:

clean but noice from rooms hear clearly. There is hot water and is about 10 minutes from the center. The area looks and feels safer. There is no breakfast included and for the price this was a downfall. lots of family come here and can be very noisy.
