A vista para o vale e a piscina no jardim são puro relaxamento. Hotel muito bonito e staff simpático. Destaque para Antonio (recepção).
Café da manhã é super completo. O melhor que tive na Italia.
A localização nao é nada central. Considero o hotel uma excelente opção se a ideia é relaxar por 1 ou 2 dias. Se quiser usar para fazer bate e volta pela região, não é prático.
Ficamos na suíte Il Palio. Quarto enorme com hidromassagem, mas teve vazamento, molhando o quarto. Esse quarto não tem ar condicionado ou ventilador. Pode ser desconfortável em dias mais quentes.
O restaurante do hotel apesar de bem avaliado, tem poucas opções e caras. Se vc quiser ir até o centro de Siena levará uns 20/30 min. Sair para jantar fora poder ser complicado em razão da estrada.

During our stay in Tuscany, temperatures reached around 30 degrees – making a functioning room an absolute necessity. Upon arrival, the room was hotter than outside. The air conditioning was switched off, which I immediately changed. However, after several hours the temperature hadn't dropped at all – the unit simply wasn't working.
The reception informed me that the issue couldn't be resolved until the following day – completely unacceptable for a one-night stay. The suggestion to simply open the windows was no real solution at 30 degrees. We were told no alternative room was available, yet a quick check on Booking.com showed one clearly was. Since the hotel refused to help, we booked elsewhere – and were still denied any refund.
What we liked
The property is beautiful and very well maintained.
The view was spectacular and one of the highlights of our stay.
The restaurant was excellent, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of options and was very enjoyable.
The pool area was also fantastic and perfect for relaxing.
The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom felt spacious and well designed.
We especially loved the classic character and atmosphere of the room—it felt elegant and charming.
What we didn't like
The only thing we did not enjoy was the smell in the room. It seemed like the curtains may have had a strong old or musty odor. While it did not ruin our stay, it was noticeable. That said, the classic style and overall beauty of the room were lovely.
Le personnel Antonio et Massimo qui ont fait le maximum pour solutionner nos problèmes de climatisation à notre arrivée.
Carolina , qui nous servait le petit déjeuner , était tout simplement exceptionnel ! Aimable professionnel souriante.
Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas en plein mois de juin.
Le manque d’informations sur les animaux de compagnie . Les règles ne sont pas claires lorsqu’on réserve sur Booking.

The places of the pool and the bar and also the garden weren't well kept
Stunning castle with a pool! Incredible views. All the staff including Juicy and Antonio and the luggage assistant gentleman were very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast service too.
Unfortunately the air con wasn’t working but we were given a fan and enjoyed sleeping our windows open to nature
The location is nice, and the bed was comfortable.
The AC was not working for the whole stay in my room despite complaining about it many times, and it was 35 Celsius, the staff did not fix it nor changed the room, the water was cut without notification, and only when we complained many times this is when they decided to fix the water issue. The breakfast was not up to 4 stars hotel, and the dishes were not clean properly.
Also when I complained about the stay at the checkout the receptionist was not willing to actually do a commercial gesture as a compensation.
It’s unfortunate that the stay was terrible because of the weak management and client service.

The pool and very chill and silent atmosphere by the pool. The view from terrace is amazing. Also great breakfast, tv with Netflix app, free parking, good bed. The whole place is very nice looking.
Wifi was...well, mostly there wasn't one. And internet via mobile network was also bad. There's a noise when water is running. 2 wine glasses in the room would be nice. There's s longish gravel road leading to the place.

La chambre spacieuse, la gentillesse de l'équipe petit déjeuner (exceptionnelles, merci mesdames), le long chemin.de cyprès qui conduit au château.

La salle de restaurant pour le.diner qui est très sombre. Dommage que la terrasse n'ait pas été ouverte et organisée pour accueillir les diners du soir!
