Catastrophique! Ni passez même pas une nuit.
Cons:

Qualité de la suite médiocre, une bouilloire qui ne sert à rien car pas de sachets de thé ni café si vous ne réclamez pas! Idem pour le savon mains ou gel douche les bouteilles étaient vides!
Le salon est très froid et sombre, le petit déjeuner d’une qualité médiocre avec aucun produits de qualité (fromage et charcuterie en plastique!). Personnel désagréable aucun effort pour parler français ou anglais assez doucement… Le lendemain matin plus d’eau dans la chambre pour se laver pratique… Séjour catastrophique restée 3 nuits au lieu de 7! L’établissement me propose un avoir sur mon séjour hors vous imaginez bien que nous ne voulons pas y remettre les pieds. Je suis dans l’attente d’un accord entre l’établissement et Booking. Je suggère à Booking de retirer cet établissement de ses références. C’est le pire séjour que j’ai connu…

Abbiamo passato qualche giorno al Castello di Leonina e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il posto è stupendo, immerso nelle colline, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare un po’.

La camera era pulita e confortevole, e lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile senza essere invadente.

Una nota speciale per il cibo: davvero ottimo! Si sente che usano prodotti di qualità e tutto è curato, dalla colazione alla cena. È stato uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più. Le camere anche spaziose, pulite e confortevoli.

Nel complesso un’esperienza molto piacevole, ci tornerei volentieri. Consigliato soprattutto se cercate tranquillità e buon cibo!

Very rude reception staff, mould in the rooms, completely isolated from everything and taxis cost 100 euros for a 7 minute ride!

The hotel is closed once a week, forcing you to book an overpriced taxi to go out for food(what sort of hotel closes?).

Extremely overpriced food and very limited menu which is ridiculous since you can’t go anywhere for food.

Extremely disappointed would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Struttura bella, pulita, non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché siamo arrivati tardi in struttura, il personale alla reception un disastro, prenotiamo e avvisiamo che siamo in moto, mica ti avvertono che per arrivare in struttura devi percorrere due chilometri di strada bianca in salita! In più siamo dovuti andare a cenare fuori perché non ci hanno avvisato che il
ristorante era pieno, ci voleva poco al momento della prenotazione chiedere se volevamo cenare in struttura!
Avevamo una camera al primo piano, pulita ma il bagno da rifare completamente, doccia piccola e con tante incrostazioni di calcare, lo scarico del wc che non funzionava bene, il personale del mattino alla colazione gentile e professionale, colazione buona. Un vi é
