Fifties outdated understaffed hotel with nice rooms
Pros:

Nice big room and bath with luxury care products like shaver and earbuds. Also the fridge had a few cold drinks👌

Cons:

Outdated overall. Dirty pool water and spa area with rubbish on floor. Tiny sauna for 2. No room for guest to have dinner.Stood in the queu for 30 minutes for bad bar food order and then they charged me service tax while I cleaned the table for them.

Decent hotel. Great staff.
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff. Got a free upgrade to a suite! Surprisingly good selection of beers in the bar.

Cons:

Service on the evening meal was painfully slow. Maybe my timing was wrong as there seemed to be a coachload of pensioners being looked after at the same time.

Excellent and would stay again.
Pros:

The standard room very good for the price. Excellent breakfast and lovely relaxing spa which was included in the cost of the room.

Cons:

It was all good and enjoyable but shame another parking company makes you pay for parking when you have paid to stay at the hotel.

Cons:

Very poor parking, I'm disabled and there were only 2 bays out of the whole car park. I ended up parking and the very top of the car park in a very small bay

What I did hear is the birds noise
The stake beef at restaurant was very taste
Powerful shower
I don't know about breakfast coz I was lazy to wakeup.

To the room which I did stay
There was no power socket for charging mobile
Near by the bed....was one near by the entrance door....the building management needs to check all the rooms,coz most of the hotels I stayed
They did have a socket power to the side of the bed

Pleasant stay and would stay again
Pros:

Bed was big and comfortable, and the room was a good size

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like but it could have done with a bit more of a clean around the tea area and on the bed side cabinets. Also, aircon would have been good as the room get quite hot
