Eten in restaurant van hotel is geen aanrader. Moesten 2 uur wachten, omdat er een buslading mensen was die allemaal voorrang kregen. En de keuze op menu was minimaal en van 1 persoon was 't eten slecht bereid.

The breakfast
Not a spa loud music all night both nights of stay. Then talking in court yard to 3 in morning. Room needs work done to it for nearly 200pound a night I was completely shocked at everything. The only good thing was the breakfast.
Large room with comfortable bed. Pool on site. Reasonable if not exciting restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.
Air-conditioning would have been nice in this heat wave, but at least there was a fan available.

The duty manager was incredibly rude
The staff kept our room cool by closing the curtains after room service. A nice touch leaving a note to say so.
We stayed to use the location for what we needed to do. We did not have time to use all the facilities.
Reception staff were very polite, room was spacious and clean and lightning was excellent.

Every time I ordered at the bar, the price kept changing even though I ordered the same drinks..This happened at different bar's throughout the hotel. When I questioned the bar staff they replied with i can knock off the service charge to help! So all afternoon & evening we were paying a service charge at the bar's!! Absolute joke, I was asked for nearly £24 for two drinks 🤣 west end prices in kent..
The staff on reception were lovely , couldnt do enough. The spa was lovely , pool really warm and lucky enough to have the pool to myself for a while.
This is our go too hotel when visiting family
The bar was very overprices. £16 for rum and coke? was very slow service, was waiting a while for drinks and food, seemed more bothered about getting drinks for the restaurant next door
