Aulßer guter Lage nichts Besonderes
Pros:

Die Lage war super, das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Abendbuffet war enttäuschend, das Essen war nicht warm, das Essen allgemein nichts Besonderes,
das Frühstück auch nichts Besonderes, ich würde sagen das Essen war Mittelmaß. Der Geruch, wenn man in das Haus kommt war nach Chlor, die Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Frühstück war einigermaßen ok, Zimmer sauber, Lage super da gleich neben Lift
Nettes Personal, sehr bemüht.
Skistall sehr großzügig.

Cons:

Das Abendbuffett lässt zu wünschen übrig, leider trockenes Hühnerfleisch, trockener Fisch,
relativ sehr verkochte Speisen.
Die Küche hat noch ordentlich aufholbedarf an Qualität, Quantität vollkommen ok.
Teilweise verstehen die Kellner (sind sehr bemüht) nicht gut deutsch da das Lachtalhaus von Ungarn betrieben wird,
was auch zur Folge hat, dass zu 90% Gäste aus Ungarn dort buchen und dadurch das Essen eher
für den ungarischen Gaumen abgestimmt und gekocht wird.

Lage, Sauberkeit, Essensquantität top - Qualität und Gemütlichkeit ausbaubar!
Pros:

Das Lachtalhaus besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage direkt auf der Piste. Das Essensangebot ist reichlich, besonders das Frühstücksbuffet ist über Durchschnitt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Unsere Balkontüre konnte nicht geöffnet werden somit war der Balkon nicht nutzbar. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, dies zu beheben, was letztlich nicht möglich war, da die Türe defekt ist. Allerdings ist man uns anders entgegengekommen. Somit für uns gut gelöst. Das Abendbuffet bietet viel Auswahl, ist geschmacklich okay, allerdings könnten die Speisen wärmer sein zB durch Verwendung einer Wärmelampe von oben. Optisch könnte man etwas liebevoller gestalten, zb die Weihnachtsdeko ersetzen, kaputte Vorhänge im Stiegenhaus austauschen etc. Die steirische Herzlichkeit und Gemütlichkeit, die das Lachtalhaus früher einmal ausstrahlte, vermisse ich nun leider etwas.
