The hotel is central enough for everything going on. The staff are great and the Guiness is spot on
Pros:

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The building is amazing and the breakfast very nice.

Cons:

I think the days of climbing into the bath to have a shower have gone. A walk in shower is much easier. The bath was very slippy when wet and there was no shower mat. Sunday lunch wasn't great at all. It was cold as had to be carried upstairs from the carvery downstairs.

It was great. The staff at the reception, both when I was checking in and checking out were very friendly.
Pros:

The vibe is giving you old rustic vibe which I love.

Cons:

The noise coming from the club, it didn’t bother me at all but I know some people would surely find it annoying.

First time in Belfast
Pros:

We loved the whole hotel, and the staff was amazing as we got moved to 3 rooms as problems in the rooms . Pat in the restaurant was amazing he made our breakfasts stay great. The location of the hotel is spot on and the bar was great ti have on site. Thank you again for a great stay, we will be back for sure

Cons:

The music was loud from the second floor but we only heard it once. When we pushed the beds together it looked like it never had been done for ages .

Pros:

Receptionist was friendly & welcoming and same with another on departure. Smooth check in & check out. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Lighting above bed too bright. Bedside lamps would have been a nicer touch. Plug sockets were low to ground at opposite side of bedside table
