Anniversary stay at Benedicts Belfast
Pros:

Staff, location and food were excellent. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

There was a slight issue with the bath, however, once addressed the hospitality staff sorted it.

Quite a nice hotel but tired and due restoration in the bathrooms
Pros:

Very friendly staff overall outlook of the hotel was nice the food was lovely & the bar staff were especially good

Cons:

Bathroom was covered in black mould. No stand alone shower otherwise room was ok

I expected more from a well known hotel.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

Could be doing with updating and a deep clean as our mattress was disgusting. We paid £247 for one night which is extortionate given the cleanliness.

was a lovely stay and would definetly stay again
Pros:

the room was up to standard and due to the heat they even provided a large fan to keep everything cool which was a lovely touch. The bed was so comfy and we loved being able to go downstairs to the bar within the hotel.

100% would stay again
Pros:

I was surprised by the size of the room, very spacious and so was the bathroom. The hotel bar was very nice also, the staff were lovely and friendly. We were made to feel very welcome in the hotel.

Pros:

Bed very comfortable. Water, crisps and ear plugs provided. Breakfast was good amd substantial with a buffet and menu to order from. Staff were great.

Cons:

Room was very dark and dated with noisy floor boards. Too warm and not possible to cool ot down, although a noisy fan was provided in the room. Hotel bar was very lively with Hen parties galore, not a place for a quiet drink.
