Pros:

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris mais nous l'avons pris là chaque jour, copieux et délicieux. La chambre est grande et agréable.

It was a 20 minute walk from Victoria square, right around the corner from cafe nero and Greggs. The bed was very comfy. Water pressure was good. They also had a big fan. Reception was very helpful. Room service was very swift

Nice hotel, good location but parking a bit of a pain
Pros:

Location was good with plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the staff were warm and friendly.

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a nightmare. There was a multi-story carpark five minutes that the hotel had an agreement with for an overnight rate. But a road was closed that Google Maps wasn't aware of which made it impossible to get into so was driving around in circles for an hour and a half trying to find another way into the place.

Eventually parked in a public car park 10 minutes away and lugged the bags in the rain to the hotel. Had to get up early the next day to move the car as the place didn't have an overnight rate. It was only then that I found there was a public car park two minutes away across the road from the hotel that they didn't mention. So maybe give customers all the options?
