me guié por los comentarios y confié. de verdad todo excelente.
Pros:

viajaron mis padre, estuvieron contentos, personal muy amable, habitación cómoda para espera, wifi 10/10, orientación en todo lo que se necesitaba, facil metodo de pago...lo volveré a reservar cuando este de regreso del vieja.

Practico para realizar los tramites en el consulado y cerca al aeropuerto
Pros:

No hubo desayuno me indicaron que no incluía y era aparte
Sobre la ubicación excelente para realizar tramites en el consulado y cerca al aeropuerto

Cons:

Que en la página diga que incluye desayuno pero en el hotel indican lo contrario
Por otro lado , como agilice mis cosas, me tuve que retirar un día antes y pues me cobraron igual no hicieron descuento, creo que por lo menos debería haber un % de devolución

El aire acondicionado sólo me lo dejaron 4 horas, calor insoportable toda la noche.

Breve estancia
Pros:

La ubicación y las instalaciones estaban bien, solo me quede una noche porque estaba de paso y mi vuelo llego muy tarde, lo escogi por la buena puntuación, la cercania al aeropuerto y por tener check in 24 horas lo cual es importante.

Cons:

La cama estaba muy dura, me costo mucho descansar ya que el colchon era un poco incomodo al igual que las almohadas, pero bueno como dije era solo una noche, además en la mañana el restaurante abria sobre las 8am, quizas una apertura mas temprano podria hacer la vida mas comoda.

Hotel tranquilo para descansar y que sea de paso. Muy cerca del aeropuerto a 5 minutos aproximadamente
