Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, buen desayuno y parqueadero suficiente

No estaba muy limpio y la cantera genera mucho polvo
La cercanía a la vía, genera que se sienta la vibración cuando pasa camiones cargados, adicional se escucha el ruido.

Las instalaciones esta en construcción el agua no subía a la habitación en el espacio destinado para ducharse, las tomas corriente no funcionan bien el control del tv no bajaba el volumen, el ventilador no funcionaba.
la ubicacion es buena si tienen carro para llegar a hacienda napoles estan a 13 minutos, y el desayuno es rico, deben mejorar muchas cosas pues por la puntuacion que tienen esperaba mucho mas del hotel la verdad. Despues de revisar la zona de doradal con otros hoteles me di cuenta que por el mismo precio de ustedes podria haber tenido un hotel con piscina y mas cerca
el ruido en las habitaciones al estar tan cerca a la carretara es tremendo, entiendo que estan en adecuaciones para mejorar pero deben tener muy presente revisar que funcionen los dispensadores de jabon y que el agua de las duchas salga correctamente pues en nuestro caso no fue asi. Adicional les recomiendo cambiar de almohadas pues son extremadamente altas no se las soporto ni mi hija ni mi esposa y mucho menos yo

After booking, the property unexpectedly requested a money transfer for 50% of the room cost—something that was never mentioned during the booking process. I received a vague message from the hotel about it, but communication was unclear and unhelpful.
When we arrived, they couldn’t locate our reservation, which caused a frustrating delay. The room provided had a full bed and a twin, despite my reservation specifying a queen and a twin. To make matters worse, the mattress was one of the hardest I’ve ever slept on. Fortunately, we were only staying one night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing, all the staff were extra friendly and the facilities are modern and ver good overall
