Pros:

La atención fue buena y las habitaciones limpias

Cons:

La falta de mantenimiento en los aires falta de interés de los dueños ya que juegan con el tiempo de las personas , se hacen reservas con mucha anticipación y en el último momento los aires no servian
Envían a personal que no soluciona de manera eficaz los problemas y perdimos tiempo.
Adicional falta personal ya que una sola persona para cumplir con todo es muy complicado
Por más buena intención del señor que nos atendió super bien .

La cercanía al Santorini Colombiano

Cons:

La atención del personal es muy deficiente, no hay amabilidad ni interés en las expectativas y necesidades de los viajeros. No se brinda información. En el baño de la habitación había restos de los pequeños jabones de baño usados por los dos últimos huéspedes. En la mesa de noche había papeles higiénicos usados y no descartados.
