Cons:

Phòng hôi mùi cống từ nhà vệ sinh khủng khiếp, đêm thứ nhất book từ booking, đêm thứ 2 thay đổi lịch trình muốn ở lại thêm 1 đêm nữa thì mình cũng đặt trên booking luôn nhưng lễ tân cứ bảo là hủy booking đi đặt trực tiếp, tưởng đặt trực tiếp được ưu đãi gì ai dè là mắc hơn booking.

Pros:

Location is good and there is a good bar in front of the hotel with one of the best vietnamese coffee that I've drinked. Comfortable bed. Towels are ok. Fan and AC work well.

Cons:

The room was dirty. The two bedside tables were full of dust and also the part behind the pillow was dirty.
Boiler for water covered with dust.
No windows, no light.

Nice, pretty satisfied
Pros:

Central location, good communication, room was clean and nice.

Cons:

No elevator, the receptionist, the older one, was not friendly, we tried to be nice but he always kept a straight face and unfriendly voice. He was very helpful though. just I don’t think he can do good customer service.

Affordable hotel but rude staff
Pros:

Both the superior double room and superior quadruple room was clean and spacious. OK bathrooms. A lot of stairs up to the fifth floor but it’s not a problem for us.

Cons:

Everything with the hotel and our stay was OK except that the staff at the reception (a man with glasses, around 45-50 years old) is really rude and has no sense of service. He is acting as we are bothering him when we wanted to check in, check out or just ask something. In general, I would give the hotel a 9 but now just a 7 due to the staff’s rudeness.

They also have this interesting policy that they promptly must keep our passports and Identification cards (all 6 persons) during the stay. I have now been travelling for 2 months in Thailand and Vietnam, staying at 11 hotels and none of them required to keep the passports. They just made a copy or took a photo of the passports. It’s not really a problem for me to give away my passport but when I just asked why, the staff said something like ”Either I keep the passports or you can stay somewhere else”. Not so friendly staff in other words.
