Clean rooms, amazing service, good location

They were so helpful so kind and friendly I booked last minute and they were able to accommodate me quickly. Amazing service would definitely recommend

Pros:

Pessima esperienza presso l'hotel Mariana nel quale siamo incappati nostro malgrado a causa della chiusura temporanea dell'aeroporto di Zante e conseguente cancellazione del nostro volo.
Appena arrivati i due addetti alla reception praticamente sono andati nel pallone non trovando subito la nostra prenotazione. Un'ora per assegnare due camere, una doppia e una tripla.
Il bello viene quando la proprietaria ci consegna le chiavi delle camere pretendendo di tenere i documenti fino alla riconsegna delle stesse. Dietro nostro giustificato rifiuto di farci "sequestrare" i documenti ci propone in alternativa il pagamento di una cauzione da 50 euro.
Per concludere, se cercate relax e riposo avete sbagliato posto, l'hotel pullula di clientela teen ager che, tra entusiasmo giovanile e fumi dell' alcool, non fa dormire nessuno, schiamazzi e grida tutta la notte e nessuno del personale che metta fine a tale scempio.

POSIZIONE SBAGLIATA. Sulla mappa la struttura è indicata in una via principale invece si trova a 20 minuti a piedi.
Siamo comunque arrivate grazie al taxista che sapeva la giusta posizione. Entrati abbiamo atteso 1 ORA E 20 per il check in. Lo staff palesemente confuso continua a fare avanti e indietro non si sa per quale motivo..
ARIA CONDIZIONATA A PAGAMENTO (10€ al giorno).
WI FI A PAGAMENTO. TV A PAGAMENTO IN CAMERA (🤣). Ti chiedono una caparra di 50€ se non lasci i documenti in ostaggio..e che dire le urla la notte e la mattina presto sono padrone della struttura(frequentata da teenagers)! Pessima esperienza purtroppo a parte la piscina molto bella e la grandezza delle camere! Pulizia non impeccabile ma accettabile. Mentre eravamo a cena qualcuno (speriamo dello staff) è entrato in camera. Non mancava nulla però ci siamo accorte che erano state date delle mandate alla porta che noi non avevamo assolutamente dato.

Look elsewhere, can definitely get better value for money.

Good location.

Cons:

Some staff were absolutely hostile and only nice when we left and asked for a good review. Hidden extra costs: deposits, aircon, wifi, safe, bring people back. Felt dirty. All rooms are different standards so you can get really lucky or end up in a deserted building away from the main hotel. Showers stank, were cramped and poor water pressure. Poolside food was not great and very overpriced.

Pros:

Very handy for the airport regarding emergency digs for us, when the flights were cancelled. Very clean and the food was very good and very reasonably priced. Would not be my 1st choice destination, but certainly came to our rescue at short notice.

Cons:

Currently opposite a building site, whilst I believe expansion plans are taking place.

Oplichters
Pros:

Het zijn oplichters. Na betaling krijg je geen bevestiging om in te checken. Later bleek het hotel vol te zijn. Betaling boeken ze niet terug.
Booking.com laat het ook maar gebeuren. Dit tetwijl ze kunnen zien dat wij het hotel 4xgemaild en 2x gebeld hebben en geen antwoord gekregen hebben. Booking.com gaat kapot door hun succes
Ze denken dat ze zich dat kunnen permiteren Zie berichtgeving VRT Belgie.
