Prima hotel als uit als uitvals basis om Zakynthos te ontdekken.
Pros:

Prima locatie dichtbij het strand van Laganas. Moderne kamers. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Kamers werden niet goed schoongemaakt. Afvoer van de douche liep niet goed door.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Great location right on the strip, but not noisy either, staff very friendly, pool facilities were lovely and there’s a bar where you can buy food, drink and snacks, all very reasonably priced, room was big and comfortable, air con unit was also very good.

Pros:

Отель хороший, есть проблема с интернетом и это грустно. У меня был свой интернет на телефоне, но люди приезжают без интернета и он им важен. Так же нет парковки, что тоже очень сильно огорчает, потому что ночью на этой улице происходят бурные тусовки и мы постоянно ходили проверяли машину, один раз ее даже обрыгали. В целом улица не для отдыха с детьми и вообще не про комфортный отдых семьей. В отеле все чисто, кондиционер есть, так же хорошие завтраки.
Так же ужасно раздражало постоянно приносить ключи на ресепшен, потому что даже если просто выйти в бассейн, ключи нужно было отдавать.

Wifi ужасный, до номера он не доходит, очень шумно

Pros:

The location is perfect. Its really close to the beach and all restaurants and clubs. You can get any fun activities really close to the hotel, rent boats, ATV's and other fun stuff. The rooms were pretty quiet and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There were too many unnecessary rules. Couldn't bring any alcohol to the rooms including simple mix cocktails from the store. Also the staff were allowed to check the fridge and other parts of the room to search for anything the hotel doesn't allow even though our belongings were placed on those surfaces. The TV didn't work as well.

On the recption we were told that cleaning of the rooms would happen between 10am and 3pm. Throughout the 7 nights they only cleaned the bathroom, no towels or sheets were changed. They were just folded and left on the bed.

The elevator constantly didn't work. It always stayed on one floor.

Breakfast was really bad. Basic beans, sausage and eggs, with very limited selection of cheese and ham. There was either tomatoes or cucumbers and no other vegetables. One day it was one of the two. This includes fruits, ine day it was watermelon and the other just melon.

Also the hotel cleaning staff were taking several plates for themselves and this left little food for the guests.

If you decide to go with a car, dont. There is no parking and you're not allowed to park next to the hotel.

Overall the location and receptionist staff were great. The cleaning staff leaving no food left us with little choice as to what to eat.

Pros:

The location is excellent, offering a peaceful stay despite being very close to the main street. The cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were all excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which could offer a bit more variety. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
