I expected more attention for the cleanning, otherwise is ok value for the money.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and always ready to help.
Location close to the beach and on the main street.
Value ok for the money.
Few options for breakfast, but taste ok.

Cons:

Main things we did not like was the cleanning. It was not as expected. I can understand when something is old, but it is different than when cleanning is not done properly.
The curtains were very dirty.
Missing a mosquito net at the door. Due to the stale air, moldy air in the room, we had to keep the door open so a moquito net would have been very good.
The closet had a stale smell.

Pros:

Der Strand ist in der Nähe vom Hotel und sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch sind viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Houskeeping muss dringend verbessert werden. In den ersten beiden Tagen kann keine. Danach kam der Service nur einmal am Tag und wenn man dann auf dem Zimmer war, kam keiner mehr. Die Dusche ist immer übergelaufen. Das Frühstück war einfallslos. Jeden Tag englisches Frühstücken.

Great staff and location, but unfortunately we were robbed.
Pros:

The most obvious highlight of this place is its perfect location—right in the middle of the most walkable area, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pool area is another great feature: clean, relaxing, and a pleasant spot to chill during the day.

The staff made our stay even better. Special thanks to Yannis, an amazing guy who introduced us to activities and helped us discover local experiences. Nicole (apologies if I got the name wrong) was also very kind and communicated with us really well.

Overall, a nice stay with great location, facilities, and people!

Cons:

While we really liked the staff, unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by a serious issue. On the third day of our stay, 500€ disappeared from the safe box. We had gone for a swim and left the keys hidden in one of my bags, but when we returned, the money was gone. Even after involving the police, there was no resolution, and the only person with access to the apartment was the cleaning lady.

This left us very disappointed, as we could no longer rely on the security of the place. To their credit, the hotel did upgrade our room for the rest of the stay, but losing 500€ from the safe was extremely upsetting.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, the staff was kind and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Ich habe mich als Alleinreisende bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich, herzlich und offen. Man hat gemerkt, dass es nicht nur gespielt war, sondern wirklich authentisch. Besonders der Rezeptionist (Giannis) ist ein großartiges Aushängeschild für das Hotel, da er jedem Gast das Gefühl vermittelt, persönlicher Ansprechpartner für alles zu sein. Man konnte viel plaudern und ich habe hervorragende Tipps und Empfehlungen für meinen Aufenthalt bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Zimmer sauber.
