A beautiful space for relaxation.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, tranquil and has some lovely design details such as traditional patterned tiles and hanging lamps. The pool is gorgeous and surrounded by luscious trees and plants.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious.

Cons:

I felt that the hotel is a little past its prime, I imagine in its day it was the place to be but sadly it felt a bit flat and not as well-kept as maybe it once was. This didn’t ruin our stay but I feel with some updates the hotel would be a bit more buzzing.

Pros:

Nuestra estadía en Cayena Masaya del 26 al 29 de diciembre fue maravillosa. El hotel es hermoso, tranquilo y perfecto para relajarse y desconectarse frente al mar.

Celebrábamos el cumpleaños de mi novio y el equipo fue increíble ayudándonos con todas las sorpresas: desayuno en la cama, una cena especial frente al mar y la coordinación de la sesión de spa. Todo salió perfecto.

La comida deliciosa y la energía del lugar simplemente espectacular. Además, si quieres algo más animado, tienes acceso a las locaciones del Hostal Masaya, que está conectado.

Gracias especialmente a Jader, Daniela y Kat, quienes se portaron divinos y hicieron nuestra experiencia aún más especial.
¡Sin duda volveríamos!

Très bon séjour dans un très beau cadre
Pros:

Nous avons très bien été accueilli, nous avons pu obtenir notre chambre en avance en contactant l’hôtel au préalable via booking. Nous avons également pu demander à l’hôtel des informations pour accéder au site. Ils ont été très réactif. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, la petite plage attenante à l’hôtel (même s’il n’est pas possible de se baigner), le décor général de l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner était très qualitatif. La piscine était très spacieuse et agréable.

Cons:

L’hôtel se situe à côté d’un hostel appartenant au même groupe hôtelier, qui peut générer une certaine nuisance sonore. L’après-midi des dj mixent et la musique est très forte. Il est donc compliqué de se reposer en extérieur

UN PEDACITO DE CIELO, EN LA TIERRA.
Pros:

El lugar es demasiado cómodo y hermoso. el servicio al cliente increible, todos igual de amables. La piscina es divina y muy cómoda. A comparación de los demás lugares para hospedarte al rededor, cayena te da mucha paz, calma, descanso, intimidad .

Cons:

lo único que recomedaría, es ampliar las opciones de comida vegetariana, creo que solo vi 1 opción que era una ensalada de quinoa y en mi caso tuve que ir a comer a otro hostal de la zona. Mi recomendaciÓn, es apoyarse en proteínas de origen vegetal, como el tofu o las legumbres, ademas porque con el tiempo la alimentación a base de plantas será mas común y las ensaladas se quedan absolutamente cortas.

L’hotel ha un aspetto unico e ben curato. È immerso nella natura ed è direttamente sul mare. Lo staff è gentilissimo e accogliente!

Cons:

Non ha acqua potabile nei rubinetti ed è invaso da zanzare. Ma non ci si può fare nulla…
