Tired hotel with accommodating staff.
Pros:

Staff were helpful. Agreed to late check out.

Cons:

Area has challenges, especially at night.
Also they were not sure that I could have a double bed even though it was specifically requested. We got there in the end but there was some uncertainty.

Estadía promedio, con un empleado excelente pero un hotel que necesita mejoras urgentes.
Pros:

Quiero destacar especialmente a Víctor, uno de los empleados.
Hace absolutamente de todo: recepción, resolución de problemas, ayuda con el garaje, mantenimiento y asistencia a los huéspedes, siempre con una sonrisa, extrema educación y mucha atención al detalle.
Recuerda los nombres, está pendiente de cada persona y realmente intenta ayudar a todos al mismo tiempo.
Su actitud y dedicación fueron lo mejor de la estadía y merecen reconocimiento.

Cons:

El hotel está muy venido a menos, viejo y claramente descuidado.
Da la sensación de que la administración no está lo suficientemente involucrada para mantenerlo acorde a los estándares actuales de hotelería.

La limpieza fue un problema importante:

Sábanas muy finas con manchas y pelos, como si fueran de un huésped anterior

Fundas de almohada manchadas

Toallas extremadamente chicas, muy gastadas y en mal estado

En general, el ambiente se siente de baja calidad e incómodo, lejos de lo que la mayoría de los viajeros espera hoy.
Con mantenimiento básico, mejor limpieza y mayor presencia de los dueños, el lugar podría mejorar mucho.
