Observaciones básicas
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó, fue la ubicación y en un segundo lugar pero muy lejos del primero el desayuno (sencillo, pero agradable).

Cons:

Y fueron bastantes cosas para comenzar la cochera no tiene cubierta (ni siquiera una media sombra) el piso es de escombro(ni compactaron o nivelaron. El baño es muy chico y está mal distribuido. Para bañarse no podés moverte y la cortina que tiene se te pega al cuerpo es imposible de usar así la ducha...
Con respecto a la limpieza lo peor.... Si te alojas dos noches, como fue mi caso, no te limpian el cuarto, así me dijeron los conserjes q generalmente si son Dos noches no limpian los cuartos.... Para la segunda noche Tuve q pedirle por favor que me dieran toallas limpias y jabón para mi y mis hijos... De los tres conserjes que tenía el hotel solo uno era realmente servicial y atento. En fin para mi el hotel en cuestión es regular para abajo.... No recomendaría!

Era cómodo solo para ir a dormir y el desayuno estaba bien. El señor que nos atendió en el desayuno fue muy amable.

Tired hotel with accommodating staff.
Pros:

Staff were helpful. Agreed to late check out.

Cons:

Area has challenges, especially at night.
Also they were not sure that I could have a double bed even though it was specifically requested. We got there in the end but there was some uncertainty.

Estadía promedio, con un empleado excelente pero un hotel que necesita mejoras urgentes.
Pros:

Quiero destacar especialmente a Víctor, uno de los empleados.
Hace absolutamente de todo: recepción, resolución de problemas, ayuda con el garaje, mantenimiento y asistencia a los huéspedes, siempre con una sonrisa, extrema educación y mucha atención al detalle.
Recuerda los nombres, está pendiente de cada persona y realmente intenta ayudar a todos al mismo tiempo.
Su actitud y dedicación fueron lo mejor de la estadía y merecen reconocimiento.

Cons:

El hotel está muy venido a menos, viejo y claramente descuidado.
Da la sensación de que la administración no está lo suficientemente involucrada para mantenerlo acorde a los estándares actuales de hotelería.

La limpieza fue un problema importante:

Sábanas muy finas con manchas y pelos, como si fueran de un huésped anterior

Fundas de almohada manchadas

Toallas extremadamente chicas, muy gastadas y en mal estado

En general, el ambiente se siente de baja calidad e incómodo, lejos de lo que la mayoría de los viajeros espera hoy.
Con mantenimiento básico, mejor limpieza y mayor presencia de los dueños, el lugar podría mejorar mucho.
