Pros:

La chambre sur jardin était bien, mais il a fallu que j'insiste et menace de partir , sinon j'aurais eu la chambre "prison" , juste horrible près des cuisines.
J'ai voulu réserver une nuit de plus, hors booking et c'est presque le double.
Personnel argant.

Cons:

Restaurant opens at 7 am .
Request was made to give a take away omelette since my bus was leaving by 7-30 am. They didn't respond whereas a Busia hotel was highly helpful on the previous day.

Pros:

Very convenient!
The location is walking distance from town,
Shops nearby, you can pay with card. Also love that you can pay for your bill from the restaurant when you checkout transaction fees ads up when you travel for a long period. And for some reason they don't have any mosquitoes not even outdoors which I still wonder how lol. I highly recommend this place

Great value for money!
Pros:

Great value for money, service is amazing! They really look after you here. The staff are so nice and friendly.
I kept extending my stay because of the comfort. I barely left the hotel as everything you need is at your fingertips. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

Hotel económico
Pros:

Espaço tranquilo. Quarto limpo com água quente no chuveiro. Pequeno almoço bom com café do Uganda. Staff muito atencioso, especialmente a Catherine que nos indicou um restaurante bom.

Cons:

Está a 2,5 km do centro e não a 200m. Seria bom corrigir esta informação. Para nós não foi problema porque o espaço é tranquilo. E podemos apanhar uma moto taxi para o centro.

Yatak son derece temiz, düzenli ve rahat idi. En güzel tarafı oda içinde sivrisinek kovucu aparat.

Good value, clean, generous breakfast
Pros:

Attentive staff.
Breakfast was good value: unlimited tea and coffee, two types of bread, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, as well as vegetable katogo. Self-service.
Hot modern shower and very comfortable mattress.

Cons:

Kitchen service in the evening took forever. I waited 1.5 hours for my order to arrive, by which time I was no longer hungry.
I gave my feedback to the receptionist and the waiter and they were quick to apologise. Menu is extensive and that is perhaps part of the problem.

Pros:

Located in a nice, clean, peaceful residential neighborhood, a little bit removed from the dumpy, congested city center. Loved seeing some local wildlife in the property's trees. The staff was friendly and helped arrange a ride to the Igongo Cultural Museum.

Cons:

The restaurant staff was very friendly, but prices were a bit high and the service was slow, and the menu was a bit limited.
