Pros:

Piękny stylowy hotel z cudownymi widokami, pyszne śniadanie z dużym wyborem. Świeże owoce, duży wybór pieczywa i dodatków do owsianki. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Świetna obsługa w recepcji przy zameldowaniu. Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż zarezerwowaliśmy, ale bez żadnych problemów zamieniony na inny. Bardzo miły młody chłopak w recepcji - dziękujemy😊

Cons:

Frühstück 08/15 und sehr lieblos
Personal war überfordert
Zimmer war selbst um 15 Uhr noch nicht fertig
Reinigung sehr oberflächlich
Obwohl vorher auf Nachfrage versichert wurde, dass ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen, war das ÜBERHAUPT nicht so!

katastrophale Parksituation
Zimmer altmodisch und schmucklos eingerichtet
Der einzige Lift wird minutenlang vom Personal beansprucht
Das Zimmer wurde an 2 Tagen vom Reinigungspersonal nicht abgeschlossen
Abfalleimer wurde 3 Tage lang nicht geleert und dann erst nach Aufforderung
Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder!!!!!

Leider sehr enttäuschend
Pros:

freundliches Personal und ein sehr schöner Saunabereich

Cons:

- in der ersten Nacht bekamen wir ein Zimmer voller Mängel (Defekte Dusche, beschädigter Boden notdürftig mit einem Klebeband "repariert"...). Zusätzlich gab es als einzige Lüftungsmöglichkeit 2 Dachfenster, die man maximal 10cm öffnen durfte und dies auch nur wenn es nicht regnet oder windig ist. Demensprechend war auch die Luft da drin. Durch einen Regenschauer in der Nacht sind wir dann auch aufgewacht (wurden nämlich abgerechnet im Schlaf, da das Fenster aufgrund der schlechte Luft geöffnet war). Aber dem 2. Tag konnten wir dann in unser gebuchtes Zimmer wechseln, aber die erste Nacht war natürlich alles andere als erholsam!
- Qualität des Essens war nicht überzeugend. Wir empfehlen, hier im Ort abends essen zu gehen. Hier gibt es verschiedenste Auswahlen

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Staff disponibile camera pulita e spaziosa , buona la colazione e la cena e buffet.
Ottimi i servizi come la piscina la zona sauna e il solarium esterno.

Cons:

Tende non oscurati , la luce entra nella stanza .

Pros:

Es war ok und als Ausgangspunkt fürAusflüge gut, insbesondere für Unternehmungen mit der Seilbahn!

Cons:

Die Fotos der Aussenansicht des Hotels stimmen nicht. Es gibt keine Sonnenterrasse und keine Liegewiese mehr. Alles in Parkplätze umgewandelt. Die Parksituation selbst im Sommer chaotisch. Wir hatten verschiedene Zimmerkategorien gebucht, die in Bezug auf Größe und Ausstattung komplett unterschiedlich ausgefallen sind. Das Essen war ok, aber viel zu wenige Servicekräfte, speziell beim Frühstück. Sie haben ihr Bestes versucht, aber für eine einzelne Person nicht machbar!
