Nettes Hotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

sehr schönes Hotel, sehr unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, sehr gutes Frühstück! Kleiner, aber feiner Wellness-Bereich. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Cons:

Personal war nicht dem Niveau des Hotels entsprechend, eher Typ "Skihütten"-Kellner, Deutsch-Kenntnisse des Personals sind teilweise mangelhaft, aber alle sind bemüht. Das Essen im Restaurant (Qualität war durchschnittlich) wurde im Schnelldurchgang serviert, man wurde geduzt. Das ist zwar am Land üblich, aber entspricht nicht einem Schlosshotel.

Grundsätzlich ein wunderschönes Gebäude und sehr ambitionierte Gastgeber. Aber an vielen Kleinigkeiten, die störend war,
Pros:

Schlosshotel mit Flair, Nette Führung, überwiegend Gutes bis sehr gutes Essen ( Frühstück sehr gut und umfangreich)
Zimmer neu, Betten gut

Cons:

Service beim Abendessen sehr nett aber leider sehr viele kleine Fehler ( mehrfach falsches Gericht, Nicht gleichzeitig, am ersten Abend keine Weinkarte, am zweiten Abend nach unserer Hauptspeise, Musik und Heizung abgestellt und der Kellner ist verschwunden und ist erst nach langer Zeit ca 20 Minuten wiedergekehrt)

Spabereich ist nett, aber relativ klein für das große Hotel und (von unserem Zimmer) kompliziert auf langen wegen zu erreichen.

Magnifique bâtiment mais rénovation des chambres pas digne de cette gamme d’hotel

Cadre magnifique qui respire l’histoire

Cons:

La rénovation des chambres n’est pas du tout digne d’un hôtel quatre étoiles.
Elle a été faite avec des matériaux premier prix et c’est assez choquant (ex : plinthes en plastique, douche avec des panneaux plastiques,…). La réalisation n’a pas non plus été faite dans les règles de l’art (ex: mastic mal posé, jours entre les plinthes et le mur,…)
