Pros:

Luxusní hotel v blízkosti jezera, výborná rozmanitá snídaně. Vybaveni a velikost pokojů úžasná. Cenově dostupné. Součást i wellness, které jsme nevyužili, ale těšíme se na další návštěvě

Pros:

Zámek byl velice krásný, má svou duši. Krásná zahrada na odpočinek a drink. Skvělá snídaně, možnost bezlepkového pečiva, pejsek byl s námi a vše bylo moc fajn. Hotel má svou garáž přímo v areálu kde můžete nabít elektromobil co nám vyhovovalo.

Cons:

Není to chyba hotelu, ale pro někoho kdo je citlivější na hluk tak vyzvánějící zvony na kostele zhruba každých 15 minut mohou rušit i když je to jen kraťučké zvonění.

Schönes Wochenende am Mondsee
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wunderschöner Innenhof.

Cons:

Wir bewohnten eine Maisonette-Suite im 3. Stock- der große Nachteil dabei war, dass es im unteren Zimmer nur Dachflächenfenster gibt, die man zwar elektrisch öffnen konnte und somit ein bisschen kühle Luft in der Nacht ins Zimmer bekam (es gab im unteren Zimmer keine Klimaanlage) und am unangenehmsten war der Umstand, dass man nicht verdunkeln kann- also helles Licht ab 5 Uhr morgens. Im Bad hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr Abstellmöglichkeiten gewünscht

Great hotel in Mondsee
Pros:

It was our second stay at the hotel. Had a very comfortable and spacious duplex room. Great staff, delicious breakfast , walking distance from the lake and most of all loved the feeling of staying in a real palace with a beautiful garden.

Es war einfach alles wunderbar.Das ganze Personal so freundlich etc..das man gleich im Zentrum ist, auch das ist ein Traum.

Das Frühstück und das Essen im Aura-Restaurant war sehr lecker, Bedienung aber sehr langsam und überfordert.

Cons:

Die Rezeptionistinnen sind total inkompetent. Obwohl wir zu dritt waren haben sie nur für 2 einen Tisch fürs Abendessen reserviert. Wir hatten ein 4-Gänge Menü reserviert und der Kellner fragte uns 2x, ob wir für 3-Gänge reserviert haben. Das Service war überfordert und sehr langsam. Obwohl in Booking stand, dass es Strandtücher gibt, gab es keine. Wir mussten uns für 45€ Badetücher kaufen. Das Duschgel in der Dusche war beim Check in schon leer, nach Anfrage bei der Rezeption wurde es zuerst auch nicht aufgefüllt. Erst nach dem zweiten Mal, als ich schon sehr sauer nachgefragt habe, kam dann jemand um es aufzufüllen. Es gibt in den „sehr kühlen“ Zimmern keine Klima. Es war in den Zimmern extrem heiß und ohne offenem Fenster hätte man nicht schlafen können. Schlafen konnte man aufgrund der Lautstärke draußen auch nicht. Irgendwelche Partys bis 03:00, Samstags sind die Aufbauarbeiten ab 06:00 unerträglich. Erholen kann man sich in diesem Hotel bestimmt nicht!

Good location but won't be going back.
Pros:

Centre of the town

Cons:

The room was claustrophobic with only a tiny window and no balcony. This is due to the rooms being in a listed building, but still we couldn't wait to get out of the room each day.
