Freundliches Personal, Führung durch das Schloss, großes Zimmer

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer an 2 Tagen am Abend (nach 17 Uhr) noch nicht gereinigt bzw. hatten wir keine frischen Handtücher, damit wir uns für das Abendessen frisch machen konnten. Diese mussten wir uns von der Reinigungsdame dann abholen.

Pros:

We love this hotel and returned to spend another 5 nights after a year away. We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Breakfast and evening meals were great as usual . Staff are exceptional. Parking is underground with lift access to the hotel. Good base for the Salzgammergut.

Cons:

Nothing . Be prepared for a lot of bell ringing.
