Pros:

Wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka, bezpłatny parking, smaczne śmiadanie, miła obsługa.
Pokój czysty, chociaż w starym stylu. Widać, że hotel ma swoje lata. W nocy było cicho, ale po południi było słychać hałas z zewnątrz.

Cons:

Zarezerwowałam pokój czteroosobowy, ale okazało się po czasie, że oferta była nieaktualna. Zaproponowano mi dwa pokoje dwuosobowe albo bezpłatne anulowanie rezerwacji (chociaż takiej opcji nie było przy tej ofercie). Bałam się o zwrot pieniędzy i potrzebowaliśmy noclegu, więc się zgodziłam i ogólnie nie wyszło źle, ale jako rodzina musieliśmy się rozdzielić, co było trochę niekomfortowe, nie przygotowaliśmy się na to pakując rzeczy na wyjazd.

Pros:

Veľmi ústretový personál, vynikajúce vybavenie izby na izbe bola káva aj čaj. Raňajky som si dala zabaliť, balík bol veľmi bohatý a pestrý. Lokalita v centre Poruby napriek tomu tichá.

Milý personaál
Pros:

Milý a nápomocný personál, pohodlná postel a moderní koupelna. Skvělá lokalita tramvajové i autobusové zastávky do centra 5 min chúze od hotelu.

Cons:

Koupelna by mohla být čistější, hlavně sprchový kout.

Pros:

Hotel sa nachádza v časti Poruba, dobre dostupný MHD. Personál na recepcii pohodový a ústretový. Vybavenie izby dobré, nič mi nechýbalo. Spalo sa v pohode. Raňajky s dobrým výberom. Hneď vedľa hotela reštaurácia s jedlo a dobrým Ostravarom. Ďakujem

Cons:

trocha vyššia cena - až potom mi došlo, že to je spôsobené festivalom Colors...

Für eine Nacht ok wegen dem Frühstück aber nicht mehr

Es war bezüglich dem Hotel und dem Zimmer alles in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Wir waren erstmal quasi die einzigen Frühstücker. Man bekommt eine Karte und da kann man dann ein z.B. (warmes) Essen auswählen. Wählt man aber z.B. Rührei aus, bekommt man am Buffet z.B. keinen Käse, keine Wurst und keinen Schinken. Wo gibt es sowas?
