Ubytování bych nikomu nedoporučila.

Cons:

Postele v pokoji č.8 proležené matrace,nedostatečně vyluxováno a vybavení nedostačující na to, že v hotelu nefunguje restaurace.Snídaně - nic moc výběr,ani čerstvost pokrmů,chyběla mi zelenina.Na talířek jsem dostala 2 kolečka okurky a měsíček rajčete.Nabídka velmi omezená.Okolí hotelu neudržované,ranní ruch od aut ze silnice.

Cons:

Po godzinie 21.00 hotel był zamknięty. Nie bylo personelu. Wydaje mi się, że nie było też innych gości oprócz nas. W pokoju nie było za czysto (nie domyta łazienka, pajęczyny na suficie, poplamiona wykładzina). Ręczniki oraz pościel częściowo dziurawe. Porcja śniadaniowa wydzielona, mały wybór. Dużo podróżuję i jeszcze nie spotkałem się z takimi warunkami. Jestem zawiedziony stosunkiem wysokiej ceny do jakosci. Nie polecam.

Dostupnost a parkování super, přístup personálu bez výtek, snídaně ok. Průšvih čistota koupelny!

Čistota koupelny: špinavá toaleta, plíseň v koupelně, nánosy prachu na rantlech obkladů a futer. Fleky na přehozu u postele.

Pros:

Velmi se nám líbí lokalita hotelu. Dostupnost jak MHD, tak i pěšky z centa Ostravy. Úmyslně jsme do Ostravy nejeli autem a MHD v Ostravě fakt funguje a spoje krásně navazují. Hotel je umístěn v klidnější části města.
Výborné snídaně.

Cons:

Pokoje jsou prostorné a relativně čisté. Bohužel v posteli přes prostěradlo prosvítala propocená matrace od hosta před námi (nebo i dříve).
