Tvarkingi kambariai; gražus, modernus ir nenutrintas interjeras; puikūs pusryčiai tiek savitarnos, tiek užsakomi; personalas labai draugiškas ir visada stengiasi padėti; vieta pačiame Basanavičiaus gatvės centre. Iš esmės viešnagė labai patiko ir užsisakyčiau dar kartą.

Cons:

Smulkmena, bet gana statūs laiptai, todėl nepatogu nešioti lagaminus, nors į viršų užsinešti padėjo. Pusryčių metu trūksta kaip kurių indų.

Blogai veikianti durų spyna, durys neužsidarydavo tinkamai iš pirmo karto, skylėta patalynė, maža parkingo aikštelė, nebe gavome vietos automobiliui ir dar labai nepatiko, kad už pamestą kortelę raktą reikėjo papildomai susimokėti 15 €
