Pros:

La atencion del personal siempre atentos, colaboraron en todo momento, crean actividades para hacer mas ameno la estadia, las instalaciones bastante confortables, el servicio de restaurante fabuloso, la comida muy deliciosa.

Cons:

Quizas mantenimiento en general a algunas de las puertas de las habitaciones que en ocasines se quedaban atascadas, las conexiones exteriores, cosas minimas

Un sitio agradable, pero hace falta mayor atención a la limpieza y mejor calidad en la comida que ofrecen.

Es un lugar rural agradable.

Cons:

La limpieza del lugar no era la mejor. Al llegar a nuestra habitación había una cucaracha. Luego en el restaurante había cucharas pequeñas en las mesas.
La comida en general no fue la mejor, el jugo de naranja era artificial y sabía a todo menos a naranja.

Une petite pépite à découvrir
Pros:

Le personnel est tellement aimable, vous avez l'impression de loger dans la famille. L'hôtel est un écrin de verdure à 10 minutes de l'aéroport de Pereira. Nous y avons passé une nuit de passage avant de partir vers Salento mais nous aurions dû rester plus longtemps pour profiter de la nature, de la piscine, du jacuzzi et du sauna. Je vous conseille de manger sur place parce que la nourriture est délicieuse.

Leider etwas sehr weit weg von der Stadt, relevant für Leute die abends gerne nochmal rausgehen.
Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr Unterschiedlich, teilweise bekommt man sein Frühstück innerhalb von 5min, sonst können es aber auch 20min sein
