This hotel was absolutely fabulous. We spent only a night but I would have spent more. That’s a regret. Room was clean, a lot of amnesties. The view in the room was lovely ! The personnel was so kind and helpful! Spécial dédicace to Andres who saved us and did everything he could for making our experience enjoyable ! Definitely I do recommend !
Todo espectacular en especial la atención de su personal, cama cómoda, buen clima, aire y todo muy funcional, piscina muy limpia, comida deliciosa
Staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and provide a good ambiance. The dinner was great and reasonable priced compared to US prices. The free breakfast was delicious: sausage omelette, toast, fresh fruit and beverage.
There landscaping is very well designed, but needs to be upkept. The grass needed to be mowed. I’m only critical of this because I’m a landscaper myself. There are way worse things I’ve experienced in other hotels that are worth complaining about.

Fue una falla que la piscina no tuviese calefacción especialmente para su uso nocturno.
Fuí muy feliz, el alojamiento era para los padres y su experiencia fue 10/10, amaron inmensamente la cálida atención (Andrés con sus atenciones hizo que sue experiencia fue maravillosa), las cómodas y hermosas instalaciones, la deliciosa comida, las maravillosas zonas verdes😍🌿

El personal del hotel es super amable, serviciales,responden rápido tus peticiones. La comida es muy rica, las instalaciones espectaculares y el servicio a la habitación es un plus 10/10 me encantó!

From start to finish our experience was amazing. The breakfast was amazing, everything cooked on the spot and fresh. They had a variety of fresh fruits, authentic Colombian breakfast, fresh juices and coffee. They had exceptional service, from the day we books Andres was very attentive and helpful. On the property German was just as great amd everyone we came across, our family stayed on property and we left so happy, thinking of the next day well be back. We took advantage and did a couples massage it left us speechless. This will be you’re new favorite vacation spot!
