La piscina estaba muy limpia y las vistas al mar desde la terraza fantásticas. La ventana del cabecero de la cama daba a la montaña y se veía la capilla.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones no incluía las camas; la habitación y el mobiliario estaban deteriorados y requerían mantenimiento. la puerta de la habitación no cerraba si no echabas la llave. El baño era excesivamente pequeño. Las lamas del sofá cama se caían lo que redundaba en la incomodidad para dormir.

Pros:

The building was truly beautifully decorated, and the rooms were also very comfortable. The outdoor area was a perfect place to relax, thanks to the pool and the Greek architecture. The owner welcomed us very warmly with a sample of his homemade jam. We would come again.

Cons:

The reception was outside the bedrooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pros:

Lovely everything, I go every year
Nikki is such a helpfull friendly Manager, and Rooms are cleaned daily nice towels, plenty of them, comfortable bed, pillows, so relaxing.
Nice quiet location, but close to bus and shops restaurants.
The pool is lovely, very hot area..
But perfect and quiet.
Thankyou once again for a wonderfull stay.

Cons:

Shower - very small and very small shower tray, didn't drain very well, broken shower head, water would constantly drip over the toilet
Bed / mattress - very uncomfortable, painful at times, pillows were okay

Excellent stay close to everything, we had a wonderful extended weekend at the LavaRock!
Pros:

Well situated in the heart of the village, with a 5m walk to the beach and closest restaurants and shops, and the bus station to take us around the island.
The room itself was spacious enough, clean, fast wifi, with a lovely pool and with excellent value for money

Cons:

The hard wind during the night, the property was clearly not to blame for it though!

We loved the beautiful pool and the proximity to Black Sandy Beach. Close to plenty of restaurants near the beach. Our favourite was Gyros Place with great food at reasonable prices, compared to the restaurants near the beach.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable and the room quite small. The horizontal bar on the shower was VERY hot when using the shower. It was a significant burn risk.

Great service and good value for money in the beach area.
Pros:

The accommodation is located in a calm area of Perissa, but very close to shops, restaurants and the Beach. The service is outstanding. The sit taking care of the place is super sweet, helpful and cheerful. We had a problem with the air condo in our room and as soon they had a better room available they moved us there. We also got a nice bottle of wine from them. Pool is also a nice option on hotter days. We did not make use, but the mini fridge has a lot of option in a good price.

Cons:

Shower cubicle was very small and the bathroom tends to become all wet after. WiFi and TV did not work during our stay.
