Cons:

Mala comunicación , que sin desayuno , que con bidet que sin inodoro, llegué y que yo había sacado una habitación sin desayuno sin cochera, a ver , véndeme , esas cosas en un cuatro estrellas no se debe discutir debe estar, no me gustó la categorización de cada servicio, una perdida de tiempo y de paciencia, no volvería.

Pesima atencion en recepcion en especial Fabio q se ve q no lo entrenaron para atender a los huespedes.No les gustan las reservas de Booking se lo dicen a todos los huespedes.Reservamos un Duplex y nos querian una opcion mas economica.Te repiten muchas veces q tenes q reservar directo.Las mucamas no quieren limpiar la cocina.Instalaciones viejas.No hay smart tv solo teles viejas.La heladera perdia agua y hacia ruido.Te cobran por todo aparte la cochera no esta incluida.El desayuno si lo queres tenes q pagar.Si queres una reposera o sombrilla obvio tambien tenes q pagar.Al dueño q con lo q cobra nvierta algo en mantenimiento.No volveria

Excellent spot for a beach vacation!
Pros:

The location is excellent right across from the beach and walkable to restaurants etc. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. They have a great breakfast buffet and facilities.

Cons:

I am glad there was a refrigerator in the room but I pull have also liked a coffee pot set up for the morning.,

la ubicacion es excelente. el personal muy atento y amable. las habitaciones son muy antiguas para el valor que cobran.... estaba tapada la bacha de la cocina...no teniamos suficiente acolchados para la temperatura nocturna. los picaportes del bano se salian y nos quedaban en la mano y la ducha tenia un hilito de agua muy incomoda para sacarse la arena y banarse bien.

Cons:

el estado de la habitacion que me costo mas cara que lo que estoy pagando x el mismo nivel de hotel en Roma, Italia !!!

la cercanía tanto al mar como al centro de Pinamar.

Cons:

Que NO estaba incluido el desayuno dentro del precio. Hubo que pagarlo aparte estando allí.
Por otro lado, el personal fue muy amable, por ejemplo Fabio de recepción muy resolutorio y empatico, o Marcelo el encargado de pileta muy amable, cordial y diligente.

Mini vacaciones de descanso y confort

DESILUCIONADA

la ubicación frente al mar. es lo mas favorable pero Si hubiera ido con mi hija , esa playa no es la mas linda y hubiera elegido otro lugar pero yendo sola, estuvo bien

reserve un depto de dos ambientes a traves de booking con desayuno incluido y pague 300 dolares por noche. Cuando llegue no me incluyeron el desayuno y frente a mi descontento , decían que booking se habia equivocado. Accedi a pagar el desayuno aparte: 25 dolares aprox x dia. Pregunte que tipo de desayuno servían. Pregunte por el cafe expreso especialmente porque no me gusta el cafe americano. Me dijeron que me lo iban a hacer sin problema. Fui entonces el primer dia a desayunar y me cobraron ademas , los dos cafe expreso que pedi.(ese desayuno me termino saliendo 35 dolares) A partir del segundo dia desayune en el parador de en frente, mucho mas rico y encima mejor precio y mirando al mar.
viajo mucho por todo el mundo y en cuanto a precio calidad , este lugar quedo con balance negativo.
Por otro lado las toallas por ejemplo estaban en mal estado, el living tenia mobiliario muy barato y escaso , las TV eran antiguas, el wifi fallaba, el baño tenia la tapa del inodoro en mal estado, un secador de pelo era de esos chiquitos blancos que no te secan nada . Es decir tenia detalles que un lugar como este no deberia descuidar
