Algo viejo , mala predisposición de un empleado que casi arruina nuestra estadía .. en pasillo de las habitaciones había cenicero c arena c colillas durante 3 días. Tuve s pedir s las sacaran ! Un horror ! Yo fumo pero no adentro ! Si ellos dejan fumar , saquen las colillas !

Un lugar para siempre volver
Pros:

El desayuno impecable, la ubicación perfecta para trasladarme con facilidad con mi hijo. El personal es super amable y siempre atentos a todo sumado a que estaba con mi hijo de 1 año . Me ayudaron con los regalos para ponerlos en el arbolito. Unos genios !

Pros:

Todo el servicio y atención del personal...su amabilidad desde el ingreso al hotel.
El desayuno excelente con abundante variedad de comida del gusto de todos los viajeros.

Cons:

Llegamos y no estaba la habitacion terminada.
En el balcon hubo durante los dias alojado colillas de cigarrillo. Somos no fumadores.
Al bañarnos se inundaba el baño. Problema de mampara. En las dos habitaciones igual.
