The staff was very attentive and pleasant.
Since it was a smaller hotel, they were very personable. They upgraded our room with an ocean view.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at New Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and very peaceful. The rooms were always perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A huge thank you to all the housekeeping staff—they did an outstanding job every single day. Everything was immaculate, and their hard work truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would also like to give special thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel so welcome. Natalia and Elida at the reception were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Alina at the bar was so friendly and made every visit enjoyable with her positive attitude and excellent service.

We were also genuinely touched by the wonderful complimentary treats from the hotel. These thoughtful surprises made us feel truly valued and added a very special touch to our holiday. It’s these little details that make a great hotel unforgettable.

Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was simply perfect.

It’s rare to find a hotel where every single person genuinely cares about the guests, but this is definitely one of those places. Thank you to Elida, Natalia, Alina, the entire reception team, the bar staff, and all the housekeeping team for making our holiday unforgettable.

erg netjes en opgeruimd. mooi groen met ruime nette kamers! moet ik wel bij zeggen dat ik in het beste gedeelte zat. Ze hebben ook budget kamers heb ik gezien. fijne ontbijtruimte en ook een ontbijtruimte buiten heerlijk! top top !

Φτάνοντας στο ξενοδοχείο, μας καλωσόρισαν πολύ ευγενικά με ένα δροσιστικό ποτό η Νίκηαπο την ρεσεψιον και η Ερατώ από το bar. Η Νίκη μας συνόδευσε στο δωμάτιο, το οποίο όμως δεν ήταν αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει – αντί για θέα στην πισίνα, είχε θέα σε σκουπίδια από την ταβέρνα απέναντι. Αμέσως κάλεσε τη μάνατζερ, της εξήγησα ότι δεν μου άρεσε και μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο χωρίς καθυστέρηση.

Η Νίκη μας έδειξε πού μπορούμε να πάρουμε πρωινό και όταν τη ρωτήσαμε πού μπορούμε να φάμε, γιατί ήμασταν κουρασμένοι από το ταξίδι μας εξήγησε ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει και άλλα ξενοδοχεία (το Planos, το Admiral και το New Beach) και μπορούμε να πάμε σε μπουφέ με κόστος μόλις 20€ το άτομο. Με πολλή καλή διάθεση μας συνόδευσε και στο Planos και στο Admiral για να δούμε από κοντά τους χώρους και ρώτησε τις υπεύθυνες για το μενού, ώστε να μας το μεταφέρει αναλυτικά.

Στο Planos η υπεύθυνη την ενημέρωσε ευγενικά για το μενού. Στο Admiral όμως η Χριστίνα, sous-shef φέρθηκε στη Νίκη με τον πιο αγενή τρόπο: κούναγε τα χέρια της νευρικά, της μιλούσε απότομα και επιθετικά, σχεδόν της επιτέθηκε φραστικά, χωρίς κανέναν λόγο. Στο τέλος, και αφού είχε ήδη φερθεί έτσι, της είπε με ειρωνικό ύφος «πες τους όταν είναι έτοιμος ο μπουφές να έρθουν να τον δουν». Σίγουρα δεν φαντάστηκε ότι ξέραμε ελληνικά. Η Νίκη βγήκε από μέσα με σκυμμένο κεφάλι, ζητώντας μας συγγνώμη ενώ εμείς πραγματικά στεναχωρηθήκαμε που όλο αυτό έγινε για εμάς. Η συμπεριφορά της Χριστίνας ήταν απαράδεκτη.

Έτσι πήγα να δω τι περιέχει ο μπουφές, για να διαλέξω σε ποιο από τα δύο ξενοδοχεία θα πάω να φάω. Ταυτόχρονα τραβούσα βίντεο για το Instagram μου, και τότε ήρθα αντιμέτωπη με ένα σοκαριστικό θέαμα: οι σαλάτες και τα αυγά στον μπουφέ ήταν γεμάτα μύγες. Φώναξα την Κάτια να το δει, και μπροστά μου τα απέσυρε ζητώντας συγγνώμη, αλλά μόνο επειδή δεν μπορούσε να κάνει αλλιώς. Ενημέρωσα και τον υπεύθυνο της τραπεζαρίας, τον Γιώργο, δείχνοντάς του το βίντεο και λέγοντάς του ξεκάθαρα «τι πράγματα είναι αυτά, θα πάθουμε τίποτα».
