Great location and rooms, stuff is just neutral, pool is only for adults.
Pros:

Hotel location is amazing, It's real ski-in / ski-out hotel. Also having a ski rental place just downstairs and dedicated ski lockers are very comfortable. Rooms are pretty new, clean and spacious. Kids room is amazing and stuff is very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel advertise their beautiful pool everywhere but they don't mention anywhere that It's only for adults. My kid was very excited about the pool, we checked pictures multiple times and learned it hard way that kids cannot use the pool. It's very disappointing.
After checkout we've asked for using a locker and a change room but the only answer we heard back was "no". Even if It's not possible, staff could try to find a solution. For example rental place offered help. We had to change in the toilet and re-pack our luggage around the lobby, after a comfortable vacation It definitely lowered our mood. In general staff was just saying yes / no to any question and not very helpful, comparing with similar hotel stuff we stayed in Austria.

Pros:

Im Zimmer war es etwas kühl. Uns wurde freundlicherweise ein Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings zog es dennoch vom Fenster, sodass es nicht ganz warm wurde.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen haben wir leider nichts Passendes auf der Karte gefunden, obwohl wir Halbpension gebucht hatten. Auf unseren Wunsch hin haben wir Spaghetti erhalten, diese wurden uns jedoch zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt. Das fanden wir in diesem Zusammenhang nicht ganz korrekt.

Pros:

Все сподобалось, дуже комфортно! Краєвид неймовірний! Дуже привітний персонал, завжди з усмішкою! Родзинкою готелю є прекрасний басейн на даху! Чистота на вищому рівні! Всі зручності в кімнаті, кавоварка, міні бар, ванна! Також пляшка вина як комплімент від готелю! Наступного разу обов'язково зупинимось тут на довше.

Great hotel! Highly recommended!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel , great location and so much for the whole family to do. The half board was amazing with incredible food selections every night and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend for families

Cons:

Unfortunately the outdoor pool does not allow children under 16, which was unexpected. Our son was very upset about it as we were all looking forward to using it. An outdoor pool after a ski day is the highlight of our trip! This was the only negative experience about our whole stay.
