No es fundamental pero no hay aire acondicionado
Amilde y Cristian demostraron una gran colaboración en la atención de solicitudes y la resolución de situaciones nosotros como huéspedes. Asimismo, Luis, Melani y Víctor brindaron un servicio muy atento en el restaurante. En general, el personal se caracterizó por su amabilidad y atención.
La habitación 212 presenta ciertas deficiencias que impactan negativamente la calidad del descanso. La ausencia de aire acondicionado, sumada al ruido generado por el ventilador, resulta perjudicial para conciliar el sueño. Adicionalmente, la falta de un minibar limita la capacidad de refrigerar bebidas y la ubicación del mobiliario de almacenamiento de ropa obstruye la circulación del aire en la estancia.
La presentación del hotel, la limpieza, la distribución, las distintas áresas de servicio las zonas húmedas, la atención del personal. Las camas muy cómodas. buen desayuno y buena atención.
La ubicación es muy buena a las afueras de San gil, la piscina es linda y entretenida.
El aire acondicionado goteaba y hacia ruido y el servicio durante el desayuno no es comodo dado que la forma de buffet dirigido no es comodo y no habia algunas comidas y dejaban entrar mascotas durante el desayuno.

Instalaciones lindas, el personal muy atento y amable. El restaurante tiene buenas opciones, deberían poner más opciones vegetarianas porque solo hay 3. Me colaboraron para contactarme con una agencia de turismo y taxis. Muy agradable.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, parqueaderos amplios, el staff del hotel siempre con una excelente actitud y disposición para colaborar con todo. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda. Aunque no tienen caja fuerte, dejamos cosas de valor en la habitación, y no se perdió nada. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.
El wifi en la habitación que nos fue asignada no funcionaba muy bien. Las puertas tienen chapa de seguridad muy sencilla, sin embargo, el hotel es muy seguro. El desayuno es muy básico, podría ser más variado.
Esta bien ubicado ya que queda a las fueras de San Gil y por lo tanto permite dirigirse a Curití, Parque del Chicamocha sin necesidad de pasar por el trafico del pueblo. La atencion del personal fue excelente. La comida era muy deliciosa y habia mucha variedad. Las piscina estaba perfecta para el clima caluroso.
