Pros:

Es limpio y está bien ubicado , pero por toda esa avenida hay muchísimos más hoteles , les falta mucha capacitación para servicio al cliente , amabilidad , malas caras , mirar cómo solucionan , interés por el cliente , no volvería a ese hotel

Hacia mucho calor y no hay ni aire ni ventilador , solicite uno y me dijeron que me prestaban uno y cuando lo enciendo dañado , me comunico bajo y les informo q está dañado y me dicen : ay si está dañado pero no tenemos más , para q prestan algo dañado , era más fácil decir que pena no tenemos y no hay posibilidad de tener un ventilador , de muy mal gusto a sabiendas pasar algo dañado, las habitaciones no son oscuras por el tipo de cortinas que manejan y como dan a la calle , mucho ruido toda la noche , no volvería a ese hotel.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y resolver cualquier incidencia. La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra cercano a los restaurantes, tiendas y a la zona de autobuses. Cuenta con un parqueadero grande y la piscina está limpia y cuidada. Las habitaciones también limpias y cómodas, todo correcto.

Cons:

Las ventanas no están bien selladas y la ventana del baño se encontraba rota, por lo que no cerraba bien. El problema es que el hotel se encuentra sobre la vía principal de Barbosa y había mucho ruido por el tráfico.
