The best hotel in Tyrol (maybe in all of Austria)
Pros:

We had a great time at the hotel! the staff was amazing. the food was great, and the view from the rooms was like nothing I have ever seen.
We even forgot something at the room, and the staff was very kind and mailed it to our next stop in Austria. they are the best!

Cons:

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und familienfreundlich. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die schöne Aussicht und der tolle Wellnessbereich laden zum Entspannen ein. Besonders lecker und reichhaltig war auch das Frühstück. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstück, alle Zutaten waren frisch, es wurde immer nachgelegt, wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Viel Obst und frische Säfte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage war super und es gab auch genügend Parkmöglichkeit

Alles perfekt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Auswahl an Obst sowie das frische Omelette sowie Rührei. Die kleine feine Wellnessanlage ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt worden.

The only positive experience we had at this hotel was the breakfast which was really good.

Cons:

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The staff were unavailable for most of the day, and the reception was often completely empty. This gave us the impression that there was very little attention or care given to the guests. One evening, we tried calling simply to ask whether we could borrow some utensils from the kitchen, but nobody answered.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms, which is especially inconvenient considering how small the town is and the limited options nearby. Instead, guests are offered a shared refrigerator on the ground floor. Unfortunately, some of my drinks were taken from it. We also needed to keep medicine refrigerated, which made the lack of a private refrigerator even more problematic.

Another major issue was the temperature in the room. The heating seemed to be on even during hot summer days, making the room extremely uncomfortable at night and seriously affecting our sleep.

There are also no insect screens on the windows, so opening them to cool down the room means risking bees and other insects entering. To make matters worse, there was a bee nest on our balcony. The owner did try to deal with it, which I appreciate, but unfortunately it only helped a little and we still had bees around the balcony.

The cleanliness was also disappointing. There was a significant amount of dust under the bed and in several corners of the room, suggesting that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share it so that other travelers know what to expect.

Pros:

Breakfast is perfect for people who love fresh fruit, so was very happy with it

Cons:

Owners are business professionals and not so much into sharing experiences with customers, although it is a family business. Reception 99% of the time abandoned: even checkin and checkout. During day time three phone calls to receive information about Öetz guest card but no respons or call back. So a big yes for accomodation hotel and breakfast thanks to staffing

L hotel est propre, neuf, bien emplacé

Cons:

Il manque encore une âme à cet hotel. Nous faisons un roadtrip d une quinzaine de jours en autriche.et slovenie. Bien que ce soit l hôtel le plus cher, cet hôtel restera comme quelconque.
Pour 3 personnes, le matelas du 3eme n est pas acceptable.
