Located within walking distance of the village
We booked a deluxe double room with a balcony. When we arrived the room was very dirty with nothing but a bed and a desk. There was no a balcony. When I asked for a balcony (which is very important to us and the reason for booking this hotel) we were told that there was a terrace on the roof that we could use or a couple of rooms with balconies that could not be accessed from the rooms. It turns out that they do not actually have rooms with balconies, as advertised.
The owner agreed to let us stay in the apartment which did have a very nice balcony. The apartment was spacious but had not been cleaned and did not have any cups, glasses or anything at all to drink from.
There was no toilet roll and we had to ask each day for some or else we were not provided with any. We also had to ask for water as did not get any.
The.boiler did not work so we had not hot water. They allowed us to use another hotel room to shower in but we had to ask for the key each time.
They offered to wash some clothes as we had no hot water and when we checked out they charged us $5 for the privilege.
None of the outside lights worked so it was a bit dangerous when walking up and down the metal steps. Only a couple of the lights worked inside but that was not a big problem.
The plug sockets sparked and blew the fuse box so they loaned us an extension lead.
When we checked out the card machine had a flat battery so they insisted that we paid by cash.
Location is great as well as staff
Bathroom seats were broken and we were given that room, also bathroom smell overnight . It could be plumbing issues but it was not a pleasant experience
Great views! A place where you must stop!
We somewhat enjoyed our stay at Bandipur Bliss, particularly the excellent location and the warm hospitality of the staff. The iconic Bandipur Bazar is just a 3-4 minute walk from the property, making it very convenient to explore.
On the other side, a leisurely 7-8 minute walk takes you to a tranquil field with breathtaking views of the Annapurna range of the Himalayas—a sight that’s truly unforgettable!
While the stay had its highlights, there’s room for improvement to make the experience even better.
While our stay at Bandipur Bliss had its highlights, there were several issues that need addressing:
1. Misleading Room Photos: The rooms appeared much larger in the pictures than they were in reality.
2. Bathroom Odor: The bathroom had a persistent smell, likely from the pipes. Unless the windows were kept open, the odor spread into the room, making it quite uncomfortable.
3. Payment Challenges: The hotel does not accept payment by card, which is inconvenient. Additionally, as Booking.com does not show amounts in Nepalese currency, the hotel converted the USD at a higher-than-market exchange rate, leading to unexpected extra charges.
4. Incorrect Reporting: Despite our stay, the hotel falsely reported to Booking.com that we did not show up. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
These issues detracted from what could have been a much better experience.
Good area nice enough room
No running water for first and most of the second day couldn’t flush toilet have shower etc
Finally fixed the water issues got one warm showing in and then the hot water broke

The hotel is perfectly placed next to the short path going to the village. A really nice walk!
Shower heating not functioning
My recent stay at Bandipur Bliss was a mixed experience. Initially, the room offered didn't meet our expectations, so we opted for an upgrade, which improved our stay. Despite the shortcomings, the staff provided us with solutions. Overall, while there were some hiccups, the efforts to remedy the situation were appreciated.
However, we encountered issues such as a lingering smell in the bathroom and missing amenities.
We were disappointed to be asked for an early check-out despite opting for a late check-out.
On arrival, the villa was a disappointment. There is no lake and the property is still under construction.
The hotel manager was very good and offered us alternative accommodation which very pleasing.
