En la habitación que nos dieron no llegó el Internet la chica movió el módem pero no, ni así.
El baño lleno de cucarachas gigantes, la televisión no es smartg y la verdad que para el precio todo esto no debió pasar
El restaurante es caro y poca comida, recomiendo vayan a otros restaurantes

Très décevant pour cet hôtel à fort potenciel
Pros:

Le roof top avec une vue magnifique, l’emplacement est très bien.
Responsable de l’hôtel gentille. Elle nous a dépanné avec une porte de toilettes qui ne s’ouvrait plus.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas dans nos habitudes de charger les commentaires mais il faut que les futurs clients sachent à quoi s’attendre.
Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour une nuit afin de prolonger notre séjour à Playa Bonfil, à proximité immédiate d’un autre établissement où nous étions très bien mais complet. Très grande déception. Heureusement ce n’était que pour une nuit!

Les photos sont très éloignées de la réalité : elles présentent un lieu soigné, esprit surf chic et havre de paix. En réalité, l’hôtel est cher, mal entretenu et décevant.
Nous avions trois chambres :
- celles du premier étage étaient correctes mais loin d’être propres ou soignées,
- la chambre du rez-de-chaussée était inacceptable : salle de bain sale et vétuste, bas de porte pourri, odeur d’humidité, traces sur les murs, sable au sol en marchant pieds nus, couvercle de gobelet de café au pied du lit, serviettes de bains ultra usées, un mégot de cigarette devant la porte dans le couloir principal.

Accueil minimaliste sans explication ou visite de certaines parties communes, pas d’information fournie comme cela se fait dans tous les hôtels ou auberges (wifi, rooftop, fonctionnement général de l’hôtel). J’ai vu plus tard qu’un Whatsapp nous avait été envoyé mais il n’y a pas de réseau dans la chambre du bas :(

Sans entrer dans les détails et en résumé : concept attractif sur le papier, mais entretien insuffisant, hygiène douteuse, organisation approximative et mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Bien ubicado y tranquilo, por lo que si tú idea es descansar y pasar relajado es buen lugar

La habitación que me tocó tenía un balcon con vista al mar y a unos pasos el restaurante y club para comer, relajarse y contemplar el mar.
Los alimentos de buen sabor, aunque las porciones prodrían ser más generosas

Cons:

Las copas o porciones de las bebidas eran un poco pequeñas.
En la publicación había una pequeña alberca en la playa; sin embargo, nos comentaron que no la han vuelto a poner desde el huracán.

Pros:

Que realmente se descansa, la ubicación del hotel, y frente su club de playa

Cons:

Que está en mal estado el mobiliario de playa, la sillas, mesas y camastros muy viejos.
Los precios de la comida y las bebidas, están exagerados.

Nice location, relaxing place, nice beach. No breakfast before 9, and not included.
Pros:

Location is quite good, very near to the beach. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, and the restaurant sells delicious food. The cocktails are nice, too and they take them to the beach for you. Additionally, there are chairs you can use in the beach (free of charge).

Cons:

The hotel doesn't include breakfast, and it is sold from 9 am. The restaurant closes very early (7:30 pm) so it is not possible to eat dinner.
