Absolutely fantastic!
Pros:

Everything. The breakfast in particular is excellent!
The location, the rooms, the staff.
We went at the very end of the season. We got upgraded to a bigger room with a sea view for free. It was really nice! We enjoyed everything.
The staff noticed we needed bed protection for the kids and they installed two of them without us even asking for it! Just excellent. We will come back without hesitation!

Personnel adorable
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel (souriant, attentionné, ouvert à la discussion, bon service client), équipements en bon état (salle de sport avec tapis de course neuf), 3 piscines, buffet de bonne qualité avec du choix pour tout le monde dont les végétariens. Jus d'orange pressé le matin délicieux. Pain fait maison. Très pratique de pouvoir utiliser les installations des 2 hôtels du resort (beach et résidence).

Très grand merci à tout le personnel d'une grande amabilité et gentillesse (c'est rare et ça fait vraiment plaisir, on se sentait vraiment accueillis avec plaisir), nous avions chaque matin après le nettoyage de la chambre une attention de la part de la femme de ménage, qui décorait chaque lit avec des serviettes de bain en forme d'animal ou autre création. #Love Popi #Risch

Cons:

Isolation moyenne dans les chambres (on entend les écoulements d'eau, les gens qui passent dans le couloir), il y avait un peu de lumière dans la chambre (la femme de ménage a vu qu'on essayait de cacher l'entrée de lumiere et a mis au point un cache sur mesure pour l'obstruer ❤️) pas d'espace vert, spa payant (12€ par personne et par jour) et piscine à débordement interdit aux enfants

Un bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les serveurs sont discrets et ont toujours le sourire ce qui est très agréable.
Également tous les jours nous avions une petite attention avec des pliages de serviettes ce qui était fort sympathique.
Les plats sont plutot bons dans l'ensemble et sont assez typiques de la crete (agneau, kebab, fêta etc...)
Les cocktails du bar de la piscine du rooftop étaient vraiment très bons

Cons:

La chambre bien que grande était sombre.
Le buffet manquait cruellement de choix au niveau des desserts et du petit déjeuner (toujours la meme chose) ce qui pouvait un peu être lassant en fin de séjour.
Le spa n'était pas vraiment un spa : juste une piscine d'eau froide avec quelques jets et un hammam. Pas de jaccuzzi au sens propre du terme.
Les piscines extérieures sont très belles mais très froides : impossible de s'y baigner.
Attention le parking pour garer sa voiture peut inonder si il y a de fortes précipitations

Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und vielseitig.
Die Zimmer waren angemessen gross.

Cons:

Die Betten zu weich.
Wir haben nur einmal zu Abend gegessen. Die Qualität war mittelmässig. Einige Desserts waren schon nicht mehr verfügbar. In den Restaurants in der Umgebung hat man klar besser gegessen.

Quality hotel in the middle of Almirida
Pros:

Well appointed Hotel. We expected to be in the Almyrida Beach but were given a room/maisonette in Almyrida Resort. Modern very clean with friendly and attentive staff who provided exceptionally good service.

Cons:

Finding a table for breakfast can be a bit challenging and the cut off time of 10.00 when staff almost immediately start clearing items away does mean that you must time your arrival with care and can't really linger.

It was very nice to have an 'upgraded' room -- maisonette but the upstairs space was unnecessary for us and meant that the stairs actually cut down the floor space available in the room.

Pros:

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, room was comfortable, everything seemed to be well thought out, staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only downsides were the AC in the room (blows directly while sleeping) and sunbeds by the pool mostly not available.
Food was mediocre and slightly repetitive.
