Mijn man en ik boeken jaarlijks meer dan twintig hotels. We reizen veel en hebben daardoor ruime ervaring met hotels in verschillende landen. Juist daarom ben ik erg teleurgesteld over dit hotel.

De locatie is mooi en het personeel is vriendelijk, maar daar houden de pluspunten eigenlijk op. Het hotel heeft dringend beter management nodig.

Hygiëne was een groot probleem. Overal zagen we vlekken: op de vloer, op meubels en zelfs op de kleding van het personeel. Het leek alsof vlekken de specialiteit van dit hotel waren.

Het ontbijt was ronduit teleurstellend. In plaats van een normaal buffet moest je vrijwel alles apart bestellen. Eerst kreeg je eieren. Pas nadat je die had opgegeten, mocht je bijvoorbeeld kaas bestellen. Dat maakte het ontbijt onnodig omslachtig en allesbehalve gastvrij.

Ik vraag me echt af wie dit hotel ooit vier sterren heeft gegeven en hoe het zulke hoge beoordelingen heeft gekregen. Wat mij betreft verdient dit hotel een veel beter management. Alleen dan maken ze kans op betere beoordelingen in de toekomst.

Pros:

Avrupa turunda bir gece konaklamak için tercih ettik. Çalışanlar çok iligiliydi. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısı yeterli miktardaydı.

Pros:

Ontbijt is het Zwakke punt. Geen ham geen kaas, alleen toastbrood.
Eieren naar hartelust. De receptie deelde mij mede dat ye beyig zijn met het opzetten van een ontbijt buffet in de toekomst.
Het restaurant hheft een goed menu en het eten was erg goed.
