Pros:

Hezká hotelová restaurace, okolní příroda

Cons:

Absence ručníků, nefungující baterie ve sprše, špína na posteli nejspíše ze střešního okna, tv přichycena nad čelem postele, malý výběr při snídani (pro toho, kdo si na to potrpí).

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt 2-3 Nächte k, wenn man keine Ansprüche hat. Uns hat es trotzdem gefallen
Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und preiswert. Personal war sehr nett und schnell. Badezimmer war sehr schön. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geignet. Vielleicht ist es im Sommer besser. Wir waren bei viel Schnee und Nebel da, haben deshalb die direkte Umgebung nicht so erkunden können. Zinnwald ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und wurde während unseres 3tägigen Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt.Wenn man mit nassen Sachen von draußen kam,hatte man kaum Möglichkeiten diese zum trocknen aufzuhängen. War das Restaurant zu, hatte man keinen Ansprechpartner, Gäste waren dann sozusagen allein im Haus. Gab auch keine wirkliche Rezeption.

Das freundliche Personal und das gute Essen täuschen nicht über fehlende Instandhaltungen hinweg.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut auf dem Erzgebirgskamm gelegen. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Langlauftouren jetzt im Winter. Parkplatz ist in Ordnung. Schnee wurde geräumt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut. Das Silvester-Bufett war i.O.
Aber....

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, die Badarmatur war eine Küchenarmatur und lose.
Die "Silvesterparty" war nichts, Radiomusik aus einer USB-Box.
Vom Feuerwerk haben wir wenig gesehen.

Cons:

Menší pokojik kde neni misto ani na průchod mezi postelema, mozna manzelska postel by vyresila, ale to je drobnost jinak skvele .

Velice příjemný personál.

Cons:

Snídaně byla místo v 8 hod téměř v 8:30. Mlácení dveří v přízemí ve vstupu na schodiště je bohužel slyšet až do pokoje.

Klidný hotel na krásném místě
