Fab hotel, would stay again!
Pros:

Staff were amazing, very friendly and kind. Great being on the beach which is nice. Hotel very clean and sun loungers comfy, generally a fab hotel, would recommend. Everything felt very easy for a lovely relaxing stay. Has everything you need for a beach and pool holiday. Much nicer than other places locally. I understand the comments saying it’s more 4* than 5* but I would say it’s 5* in the context of Faliraki. Easy to get into Rhodes old town and to and from airport as well.

Cons:

The food was good but not 5*, but was fine. Also even though it’s may it’s still slightly out of season meaning many local things are still shut despite advertised as open, and no aircon yet although was very comfortable with a fan. All quite minor.

Pool area nice and clean

Cons:

Every time we left the room and came back it was full of flying ants and mosquitoes. Also r room was next to a storage cupboard and staff used it to smoke in so our room smelt of smoke a lot of the time

Cons:

We received a meal voucher to use in the restaurant as our plane was late and we missed dinner. We tried to use the voucher and staff told us they wouldn’t accept it due to being very busy. I felt why give this if we couldn’t not use it. I wanted the restaurant as it was my wife’s birthday. I think that could have been handled better, but everyone told us to eat in town or use the Buffett restaurant. For a 5star hotel, that lacked professionalism. To add the restaurant was not full, plenty of space 🤦🏻‍♂️

Nice beach niet the city centure, nice staff, good beach and swimming area

Cons:

The hotel is very old, and not good maintained. It is definitely not 5 stars, max 4-. For me it was disappointing, by fotos you dont see that is it old.
