Very nice place to stay in close proximity to everything in Faliraki
Pros:

Excellent location. 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, 5 minutes from the main street. Interior is nice and modern. Bed is comfy. No real check in or out, as the place doesn't have a reception. Instead you get and leave the keys in a key box. Communication with the host was sparse but to the point. Cleaning staff came every day and was very swift. The (unheated) private pool is obviously a boon, but in late October the water is expectedly pretty cold. The sea is warmer. Still nice though, and in the summer time I bet it gets a lot more use.
There are a few negative points as well, but all in all I can easily recommend this place.

Cons:

The pool has a "fountain" that is running 24/7 and it's pretty loud. The noise makes it very difficult to fully relax in the courtyard. It's audible inside the apartment as well. Not so much it disturbed our sleep, but the noise was always there. I highly recommend the host to install a timer so it shuts off automatically at night, or even better, install a switch for it.
The kitchen is poorly equipped for preparing any meal. We didn't have to, so not a biggie, but for anyone hoping to buy groceries to prepare meals there - you'll need to be creative, as there is one small pan, one small pot, cutlery for 2 people and pretty much nothing else. But if you plan to go out to eat, this becomes a non-issue.

Geweldig appartement, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Mooie centrale ligging, dicht bij het strand (100 meter), 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Appartement zeer netjes en modern, goede bedden, meer dan prima ruimte en een mooi privé zwembad.

Nádherné ubytovanie, terasa s vírivkou, k vysokej cene neprimeraný a neosobný prístup personálu
Pros:

SeaSide Suites bola na výbornom mieste čo do polohy i umiestnenia od mora. Výhľad z terasy na more i mesto bol úchvatný.

Cons:

Neosobný prístup personálu so striktnými informáciami cez whatsapp typu: príďte..., odomknite..., zamknite...., vložte kľúče a zakódujte..., umyte riad, stiahnite slnečník, ak fúka vietor, keď nám slnečník odfúklo (netrávite celý deň v suite a nečakáte na vietor - pohľadajte ho). Pri príchode nefungoval kávovar, na upozornenie sme dostali otázku, či sme ho pokazili my... Veľká kuchynská linka takmer so žiadnym vybavením: dve šálky na kávu, dva poháre na vodu, dva na víno, dva taniere, dva príbory...zrejme, aby ste si ich ihneď po "sebe umyli", ako ste dostali "prísny a striktný" pokyn. V kuchyni bolo veľmi veľa mravcov, ktorý sa postupne rozliezali po celej suite.

The location is excellent, very simple and quick to get to from the airport. 2 minutes walk from the beach, half a minute walk to a grocery store, opposite there is an excellent ice cream parlor and also close to many excellent restaurants. The room is large and spacious, the kitchen is equipped with utensils, a coffee machine, a kettle and a stove. The bed is comfortable and spacious, a wardrobe for storage. We received 2 small bottles of mineral water.

Cons:

One of the things I didn't like was that there were no curtains/blinds on the windows in the living room area, which are opposite the sleeping area and bed, and a lot of light came in in the morning. Also, the glass shower that is supposed to prevent water from coming out was too short and there was no glass door that opened, so all the water came out when you showered.
