la vista es espectacular

Cons:

hacía calor en las habitaciones y las cobijas eran muy gruesas, dijeron q no tenían café al desayuno y me tocó llamar al teléfono del hotel pero resolvieron . la bajada en moto está fuerte

Beatiful place for relaxation
Pros:

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was great. Location is a bit remote hence the need to use an automobile.

Cons:

1) There were no closets to place our items away. We had to just live off the suitcases.
2) Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 persons was difficult since 2 of us had runny noses and there were no tissues.
3) Went for a horseride but the horse was too wild and decided to gallop at 40 km per hours on it's own. No helmet, very dangerous.

Amazing place full of amazing people

The environment, the sights and the service. The rooms were amazing and all activities exceeded my expectations

My room had issues with hot water, not a big deal as the weather was warm, but it needs to be fixed

A lot of great things but the basics need to be improved

The view is amazing, the pool (not heated fyi), the food, the staff overall

Cons:

Two basic things, especially given that this is a pretty expensive hotel by Colombian standards. We were in a room in the main building and there is no noise insulation between the rooms: it gets really noisy depending on your neighbors. The hot water in the shower was really tricky and needs fixing (at one point we were burning ourselves, at another moment the hot water stopped altogether)
