Pros:

Excellent location, not far from the bus station. Also central to great cafes and bars. The lake is a 5 minute walk. Also the staff were really helpful in arranging a taxi to Dodoni.Great value for money!!

ottima la posizione vicinissima al centro.
ottimo avere il parcheggio al coperto per la moto.
Personale alla reception cordiale, gentile e disponibile

Cons:

non era il massimo la camera un pò datata e piccola, però nel complesso bene
il bagno si potrebbe mettere un box doccia anzichè la tenda che implica fuoriuscita di acqua

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και σε πολύ καλή τιμή, ειδικά για τα σημερινά δεδομένα. Η αισθητική μπορεί να θυμίζει μια προηγούμενη δεκαετία και όχι ένα συνηθισμένο, μοντέρνο ξενοδοχείο, γεγονός που άλλοι μπορούν να το εκτιμήσουν παραπάνω χαρακτηρίζοντας το ίσως και vintage, ενώ άλλοι λιγότερο. Εμείς μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, καθώς ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, το προσωπικό φιλικό, πρόθυμο και διαθέσιμο, ενώ η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική.

Cons:

Μια διακριτική ανακαίνιση σε ορισμένα σημεία θα ήταν ωφέλιμη, χωρίς ωστόσο να μειώνει τη λειτουργικότητα που ήδη προσφέρει.

Αξίζει μόνο για έναν ύπνο το βράδυ, τίποτα παραπάνω.
Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν εκπληκτικό, πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί και πάντα με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη, τουλάχιστον η πλειοψηφία.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπερβολικά μικρό και χρειάζεται συντήρηση και επιδιόρθωση επειγόντως.

Καμένες λάμπες, σπασμένα πλακάκια στο μπαλκόνι και σκασμένοι τοίχοι ήταν κάποια από τα μικρά προβλήματα του δωματίου.

Η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν σπασμένη στο σημείο που είναι το πόμολο και δεν έκλεινε καλά. Δεν είχε μπρίζα δίπλα στο κρεβάτι, όπως διαφημίζεται, γιατί στη μοναδική κοντινή είναι το ψυγειάκη, που κάθε φορά που ξεκίναγε να λειτουργεί έτριζε και έκανε τόση φασαρία που δεν σε άφηνε να κοιμηθείς. Το παντζούρι ήταν μικρότερο από το άνοιγμα του τοίχου οπότε ό,τι κι να έκανες θα έμπαινε φως από το πλάι.

Το πάρκινγκ ήταν απελπιστικά μικρό, πέρα από το ύψος που κυριολεκτικά είναι 1.75 m οπότε θέλει προσοχή, είχε κολώνες στα πιο περίεργα σημεία και χωρίς βοήθεια δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να βγεις χωρίς να γδάρεις το αυτοκίνητό σου στους μικρούς και στενούς διαδρόμους. Επίσης το πάρκινγκ δεν είναι του ξενοδοχείου αλλά το μοιράζεται με τα μαγαζιά της περιοχής και τους επισκέπτες της περιοχής.

Τέλος δεν έχει πρωινό, η αλήθεια είναι ότι δε θυμάμαι αν έλεγε ότι έχει στο booking. Όμως στην καταγραφή στο Google έγραφε ότι παρέχει.

My wife and I decided that the next time we are in Ioannina we will choose the EGNATIA hotel.
Pros:

Everything went very well, during our stay. The Staff was very friendly, communicative and dedicated for helping us. The area was quiet and clean roads all around. From there we could reach different parts of the town very easy.

Cons:

It was a underground parking, which belongs to the hotel, but not for high cars. I had a RAV 4 Toyota. The antenna rubbed against the ceiling. Better to go there with slim cars. The rest was OK

Το μονο θετικο που μπορω να πω ειναι η Τοποθεσία...ειναι πολυ κοντα απο τον κεντρικο πλακοστρωτο που ειναι ολα τα μαγαζια οποτε μπορεις να μετακινηθεις ευκολα χωρις αυτοκίνητο

Cons:

Αρχικα το δωματιο δεν ηταν καθαρο..κοιτουσες πανω και εβλεπες βρωμια ή αραχνες. Δευτερον: το ενα κρεβατι ετριζε λες και ηταν ετοιμο να διαλυθει. Τρίτον :Αθλια ηχομόνωση μιλουσε ο δίπλα και ακουγες τι ελεγε (οταν θες να κοιμηθεις αυτο ειναι προβλημα) 4) οι πορτες κλειδωναν με το ζορι (ακουγαμε δεξια αριστερα να τις κοπανανε αλλοι ένοικοι προσπαθωντας να τις κλειδωσουν .Τεταρτον : εννοειται οτι δεν μπηκε κανεις να καθαρισει ή να αλλαξει πετσετες (και αντε πες αυτο παλευεται γιατι δυο μερες κατσαμε) Πέμπτο : Το παρκινγκ του ξενοδοχειου ακρως επικινδυνο για να χτυπησεις το αμαξι σου , πολυ χαμηλο (βρηκε η κεραία μου) πολυ στενο και οι μισες θεσεις εγραφαν οτι ειναι πιασμενες. Εμεινα πολυ απογοητευμενος απο την εμπειρια μου και οταν ξαναρθω στα Γιαννενα θα επιλεξω καποιο αλλο ξενοδοχειο και ας ειναι πιο ακριβο.
