Pros:

I liked all the facilities for children.

Cons:

I didn't like the separation you make for the German children separately. It doesn't look good at all. They're all children. Germans, Russians, Japanese, Israelis. This separation looks very bad.

Leppoisaa lomailua hyvissä puitteissa.
Pros:

Palvelu, altaat ja vesipuisto. Ruoka oli myös hyvää.

Cons:

Altaiden vesi voisi olla lämpimämpää, lokakuussa oli melko viileää. Huone olisi voinut olla modernimpi.

Mal wieder ein toller Familienurlaub
Pros:

Die Lage, die Architektur der Anlage und vor allem das freundliche und fleißige Personal sind ein wichtiger Grund, Jahr für Jahr wieder das Mikri Poli zu buchen!
Auch die Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten der Urlaubsgestaltung direkt auf der Anlage ist ein weiterer Grund. Von Action bis Ruhe und Spa ist für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Das Gym ist leider etwas veraltet und müsste mal dringend renoviert und die Geräte erneuert werden.
Außerdem ist das WC-Häuschen am Strand vom Putzpersonal etwas aus dem Fokus geraten, in den Vorjahren wurde es öfters täglich gereinigt.

Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Obviously, it's a fairly large resort with everything sorted out.

Food was very good and plentiful thorough the whole day. Drinks were average but you certainly won't die of thirst either. Free minibar.

In October, pools were bit on a colder side - sea was probably warmer but that's not a problem for anyone above 6 years old. Water slides were cool and us adults enjoyed them probably more than our little kids.

Cons:

- WiFi stopped working during the day, I suspect they had router in a room and worked only when somebody was in the room. I don't want to be wrong but they advertise WiFi mostly in "public areas".

- Our room didn't have hot water and it took them two days to fix it.

Pros:

Чудове тепле море, звучний номер, смачна їжа. А ще маленька церква на території готелю і аква парк. Привітний персонал і чудова природа навкруги. Нашій родині все сподобалось. Щиро дякуємо за комфортний відпочинок

Cons:

Басейни без підігріву, трошки холодно в жовтні :)

Cons:

1. as first offer we got the room in the worst building (building #20), and after arguing with the front desk, we were transferred to block #14 (last room). My problem is not that we (by chance) got the “bad” room, but that they are offering always the “bad” rooms and in the case that you complain “maybe” you are transfer, EVEN there are enough “nice” rooms on the side. I spoke with couple of people with same experience. Thus, the idea is very stooped, since everyone sad that will not come again.
2. environment around the relexpool was never cleaned and washed during our 8 day stay. It was simply dirty!

En helt ok all inclusive som skulle kunna bli så mycket bättre.
Pros:

Maten var supergod, fanns alltid något för alla. Bra barnbuffe. Älskar att det alltid fanns vattenmelon o annan frukt. Supergoda drinkar. Stort o fint rum med allt vad man behöver. Fina pooler, roligt för barnen vid rutschkanorna. Så bra animation team. Wow.
Bra biluthyrning på jobbet. Supebra underhållning hela tiden. En 10 min promenad till Kolymbia centrum.

Cons:

Det började med en otrevlig kvinna i receptionen vid namn Chryssa. Man kände sig inte välkommen direkt.
En jobbig lukt i rummet och det rann i toaletten hela tiden. Jag påpekade till receptionen direkt på morgonen dagen efter och de sa att de skulle skicka någon som skulle fixa det, men det fortsatte ända till utcheckningen.

Jättedåligt att de stänger poolerna så tidigt. När det är som varmast i vattnet 17.30-18 stänger dem.
Har varit på många hotell runtom i Grekland och aldrig varit med om det innan att det stängs pooler.
Poolerna är verkligen iskalla så d var skönt att få bada på eftermiddagen när det hade blivit lite varmare.

Så dåligt att det inte ingår stolar på stranden utan kostar 6 euro/person. Då hade vi behövt betala 42 euro varke dag för strandstolar då vi var 7 st. Nej tack .
Vi och många andra satt på stranden och hälften av strandtstolarna stod tomma.
De skulle få så mycket mer positivt om det ingick strandstolar.

Jobba på kundservice på personalen och fixa gratis strandstolar o se till att era badvakter inte är så nytiska, så kommer ni få superbra betyg.
