The apartment was lovely. Very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Soap, shower gel and shampoo is provided, as were kitchen sponges and tea towel. Cleaning is provided every three days.
The pool and surrounding gardens were lovely, with a pomegranate and a banana tree and beautiful jasmine.
The position of Sophia’s Beach House couldn’t be beaten. Slap bang in the middle of Stoupa restaurants and directly opposite the beach. Perfect view of the sunset.
There is only one towel rack provided in the bathroom for bath towels and one by the sink for hand towels. It would have been handy to have a hook on the back of the bathroom door for a towel perhaps and an additional towel rail somewhere
Sophia's Beach House was amazing. The apartment was big, modern, and clean. It has two ceiling fans which were wonderful combined with the AC. The bed was very comfortable. The beach is literally across the street...and yet it also has an amazing pool and sun deck.
Nik was super responsive and friendly and even helped us get a reservation at a nearby restaurant.
Can't recommend this place enough. 5 stars.
Sophias Beach House is just across the road from the beach. There is a lovely pool at the back too. The property is finished to a very high standard and had everything you could need. It was quiet at night. We loved staying here.

The apartment is amazing! Huge, modern, with all expected facilities, room, toilets and living room are well maintained and clean. It is right in front of the beach and it has a pool behind. Everything is amazing there (see the pics!). It also has parking for the customers so no need to worry about parking in the small town. Everything is close by and it is totally a wonderful experience.
There's not a single "but" to be added to my review. For us it was an amazing experience in an amazing house fully equipped with everything you might need.
Perfect location. Right on the beach with a pool at the back. Clean. Modern. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Great air conditioning and wifi.
Would only make a couple of minor adjustments: several non-residents came around to the pool at the back of the property while we were there. A “private property” or “residents only” sign on the gate would be useful to deter non-residents. The washing machine cupboard door scraped the floor when it was opened and closed. It should be fixed before it starts to ruin the lovely floor.
