Could be a little cleaner
The appartements are nice and generous. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s even a washing machine. It’s nice to be close to the centre of the town. We enjoyed also the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained. The personal is very friendly.
We struggled very much to find the place. The location is not clearly shown and the address has no details, only „area 6“. Google maps was not able to find it. Further on no one picked up the phone, so we couldn’t reach them to ask for advise. Eventually we googled the name and with prayer we found the place. The detailed name is actually „Avon Gardens Appartements“.
The apartments need some maintenance, for example some lights are not working, bulbs that need to be replaced. Some accessories in the bathrooms need to be fixed or cared about, the showerhead and pipe was broken and leaking. But because there are two bathrooms it was actually not a big problem.

I booked this for my mum and my auntie, the first first day they slept 7PM as TV were not working, informed the owner said she sent her worker to deal with it , rang the worker said they didn't pay . TV started the following day.
Very peaceful. Very convenient location for the Crossroads Mall. Air conditioning and a great swimming pool as well. Friendly staff and great facilities. Highly recommended.
