Väldigt fräscht och välstädat! Vänlig, dedikerad och serviceminded personal. De har ”attention to detail”, exempel på detta är små saker som att det finns lite olika smaksättningssyrups vid kaffet, och läsglasögon utplacerade där det finns information att läsa:) DET är omtanke! Fin variation av bröd, väldigt gott fullkornsbröd. Vi fick använda pool och gym efter att vi checkat ut, mycket uppskattat då vi anlände sent kvällen innan. Vacker, idyllisk och lantlig omgivning, sköna sängar och kuddar. Varma leenden från all personal, man får känslan av att det är en bra arbetsplats och att de trivs tillsammans. Hade gärna spenderat mer tid här och rekommenderar varmt!

Cons:

Außenpool war an Pfingsten nicht auf bei schönstem Wetter (war der einzige Grund warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht hatten!, es stand nirgends, dass er noch nicht offen ist), Außensauna wegen Überhitzung abgeschaltet. Frühstücksbuffet wurde teils nicht mehr aufgefüllt (Bergkäse). Klopapier hat es nicht einmal im Klo runtergespült, den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht, egal wie oft man gespült hat.
