Un lugar muy limpio, grato ambiente y buena ubicación
Pros:

Todo en general, la grata atención de Rosita y Carmen y compañía de Anita. En general el lugar estaba impecable, la piscina era agradable para pasar unas horas durante el día y la ubicación permitía poder ir a playas y al centro caminando sin problema

Cons:

No había agua caliente para bañarse. Si bien el agua de la ducha salía tibia, para mi hija fue un poco incomodo pero Rosita y Carmen me facilitaron agua caliente en un balde para poder bañar a mi hija sin problemas.

Me gustó la atención, eran muy serviciales y nos hacían sentir en familia.

Cons:

No estaban muy atentos en la madrugada de la llegada de los turistas. El televisor no era Smart. El internet llegaba con dificultad a las habitaciones. Deberían poner además de jabón también shampoo en los baños. El desayuno debería ser variado cada día. No había agua caliente.

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Eigentlich gibt es Frühstück erst ab 8.30, aber da ich einen Bus hatte wurde mir das Frühstück schon um kurz vor 8 serviert. Das war super. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt kein warmes Wasser. Es ist zwar warm in Mancora aber für diesen Preis erwarte ich in einem Hotel warmes Wasser. Am Pool gibt es keine Liegen nur die Stühle und Tische wo auch das Frühstück stattfindet, das ist eher weniger bequem zum Entspannen. Mein Zimmer wurde in 3 Tagen nicht geputzt und der Müll wurde auch nicht gelehrt. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Es werden die Steuern, die eigentlich nur Peruaner bezahlen müssen, einfach berechnet. Ich habe die Unterkunft gewählt weil sie hier auf Booking eine sehr gute Bewertung hatte dies kann ich so nicht rückmelden. Preis Leistung passen für mich nicht.

Fue una estadía maravillosa, recomendamos al 100% este hospedaje, el anfitrión el dueño Joel nos recibió excelente, siempre preocupado de todo. Ubicación perfecta. Todo muy bien. La piscina espectacular, los desayunos muy buenos. Gracias gracias gracias

Excelente experiencia. Volvería en otra ocasión definitivamente
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. La piscina está súper bien distribuida y es bastante larga. Por uno de los lados es bajita y por el otro es bastante honda, tendrá por lo menos algo de 1.80m. Fue muy divertido nadar ahí. También el staff fue muy amable, nos esperaron hasta tarde ya que nuestro vuelo se atrasó.

The staff was really nice and the breakfast is good. Great location.

Cons:

The shower's doesn't have hot water (although it is really warm out so it's fine) and our first room lock didn't work (they transferred us)
