Pros:

Personalen vid köket och restaurangen var trevliga

Cons:

Vi bokade ett rum med tre sängar. Rummet var inte anpassad för tre personer. Inte tillräckligt med möbler för våra klläder, och I duschen var inte tillräckligt med krokar för att hänga upp handdukar. Rummet var alldeles för lite men rumspriset var ändå över 120 USD/natt, overpriced!.
Vi hittade insekter I den ena madrassen och fick en rabatt på 27 UDS för en enda natt trotts att min son blev bitten av insekterna, löjligt!

Pros:

Es un ambiente familiar, todos respetuosos, fui con mis hijos, la noche de cine con canchita fue su favorita. Con la piscina y la salida a la playa es ideal, tienes todo dentro. Te apoyan con el equipaje después de la salida para que puedas visitar el malecón u otros lugares de Mancora. Tienen repelente para la habitación, muchas toallas para playa y piscina, un Coffee break por las tardes, te recomiendan tours, hay un gimnasio y sala de yoga que no llegue a ingresar, pequeña. Y el desayuno es muy bueno.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast
Pros:

Staff were very lovely and we were able to use the pool beds and facilities when we arrived at 5am before check in. The breakfast was 10/10. Clean rooms and right on the beach, they provide both shower towels and beach towels which was very nice. Air conditioning was fantastic.

Cons:

The location although on the beach is a 15 minute walk out of the main town, the pool didn’t look overly clean and the room seemed a little dated.

Sol y playa el mejor cumpleaños de mi amor
Pros:

La atención excelente y muy amable de César el bar tender quien nos atendió siempre y con una sonrisa rapidez y cariño y además ponía música muy agradable, sin dejar de mencionar tb a Jenifer q nos atendió en los desayunos, muy amorosa cariñosa y con su cara llenita de risa siempre nos hacia el gusto en todo lo q pedimos. Un 💯 para los dos.

Cons:

Q el hotel no se ha preocupado de poner quitasol y reposeras en la playa, a la salida del hotel hacia el mar, como lo es en otras playas q recorrimos.
Tb es agradable estar relajado debajo de un quitasol observando el mar.

Pros:

Tienen una muy buena atención, el personal es amable, respetuoso y servicial. El hotel tiene salida a la playa y puedes ver el atardecer desde la piscina. Es tranquilo, perfecto para ir con la familia. Tienen 5 opciones de desayuno, y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y puedes despertarte viendo el mar. Otra cosa que me gustó mucho fue que proyectan peliculas en la noche, como un cine al aire libre que fue ideal para los niños. Sin duda volveré

Volvería sin ningún lugar a dudas.
Pros:

Las instalaciones al igual que el personal: maravillosas.
El desayuno es exquisito, variado y abundante.
Brindaban toallas para la pileta/playa.
Tenía reservada una habitación, solicité cambiar y gracias a la disponibilidad pude hacerlo.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la cocina con pequeñas modificaciones en sus preparaciones.

Espectacular
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable. Las suites que reservamos muy buenas, camas cómodas aire acondicionado frigobar. La comida exquisita. Habían hasta 4 opciones del desayuno incluido. Para entrar al mar no hay piedras ni peñas. La promoción de Apperol estuvo deliciosa y el pisco sour muy bueno. La atención de César y de todo el personal fue de primera.

Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto

A nice quiet getaway spot.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, they having things in sets and you order a set but they do allow you to customize the order without up charge. Over all it was a nice relaxing place to stay and I enjoyed it. Everyone was very friendly.

Cons:

We were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so if you are not good with stairs you will want to stay on a bottom floor.

Lo mejor era su equipo de trabajo, muy comprometidos con la atención al cliente y a cualquier requerimiento.

Cons:

Se entiende y se aprecia las mejoras hechas al hotel, además como al estar a orilla de playa sus instalaciones se desmejoran con mayor rapidez. Las opciones al poner 4 personas se disminuyen, habían más opciones de alojamiento que no me mostraron al momento de hacer la reserva, no sé si es falla de booking o descripción del hotel, en nuestro último día nos ofrecieron un cambio a una habitación más espaciosa que la hubiera pagado sin problemas pero no me apareció como opción.

Bellas vacaciones!!
Pros:

Me gustó su cercanía a la playa, pero principalmente la atención del personal, siempre muy atentos a cualquier requerimiento y más. Destacar a César por su hospitalidad y a Medalin, ambos hicieron lo posible para que nuestra estadía fuera grata e inolvidable, bellas personas y muy profesionales.

Pros:

me gustó la amabilidad del personal, que no siendo un hotel de lujo, tiene lo necesario para sentirse muy a gusto. Tiene una ubicación lejos del ruido pero lo suficiente cerca del comercio local y de lugares como para ir a comer. muy recomendable.

Cons:

No tengo quejas. Solo la sugerencia que podrían tener desayuno tipo buffet. Pero de igual modo, los menus de desayuno son muy buenos.

Un buen sitio pero debe mejorar los canales de informacion con los clientes.

Me gusto mucho su ubicacion y la infraestructura.

Cons:

Estaban remodelando el edificio y me molestaba el ruido permanente que se producia.
Tampoco se me indico de este problema.
