Solid! Great service, facilities need fixing up/updating.
Pros:

The staff were excellent (esp. Gracie). Food is good. Location is beautiful--close to the archaeological zone and surrounded by wildlife. Excellent guide on site you can schedule tours with (Carlos).

Cons:

The window screens were broken so bugs could get in if you want to leave the windows open. The mattresses were hard. Our sheets were clean but had pretty noticeable stains.

Mitten im Grünen
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten im Grünen mehr oder weniger direkt vor dem Eingang zu den Ruinen (wobei die Tickets ca. 1 km entfernt gekauft werden müssen). Sehr nettes Personal, schöner Pool. Gerne wieder.

Para volver y sentirte como en casa.
Pros:

Definitivamente el trato del personal, hasta ahora un hotel no había tenido tanto personal amable. Las cabañas son hermosas y la comida divina.

Cons:

Lo único es que deberían ponerle un poco más de amor a los años dentro de las cabañas, están algo simples para no decir feos, son cabañas rústicas tan hermosas y entonces le pusieron a los baños la peor cerámica que encontraron, una cortina sujetada con un tubo de gas y llaves y duchas de acero de las más sencillas. Creo que con un toque, cambiar la cerámica por cemento pulido y poner llaves negras o más elegantes , poner una madera a sujetar la cortina o dejarla en un ambiente abierto, poner piedras en el suelo de la ducha haría las cabañas mágicas

Af te raden buiten het droge seizoen
Pros:

Ga naar deze plek als je echt middenin Palenque wil zitten, bij éen van de eerste verblijven die hier is gebouwd voor toeristen. Ook het eten is lekker, zowel Mexicaans als warempel goede pizza. Met wat geluk is er live music.

Cons:

ons chalet was vochtig van binnen: een klam matras is niet prettig. Daarnaast was het niet mosquito proof, en dat zonder airco (fair enough) of klamboe (erg onhandig dat die er ook niet was)

Pros:

El hotel es maravilloso. Se encuentra ubicado muy cerca de la zona Arquelógica de Palenque y también del museo. Pudimos caminar desde el museo. El restaurante tiene muy buen servicio y la comida es exelente. También ofrecen el servicio de masaje por un precio accesible. El cuarto que usamos fue una suite con dos recamaras, cuatro camas, dos baños y medio y una cocina. Fue una buena opción para una familia grande.

Hospedaje en un paraiso
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable, a unos pasos del museo y entrada a la Zona Arqueológica. Los monos y las guacamayos fueron un éxito la comida muy rica, la decoración bella y la habitación familiar fue fenomenal.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit altem Pool und kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Tolle Anlage, gutes Frühstück. Das Essen war sehr gut im Restaurant. Morgens von Brüllaffen geweckt worden. Sehr schöner Bungalow. Perfekte Lage zu den Tempelanlagen. Tickets gekauft und das Auto am Hotel stehen lassen.

Cons:

Leider ist der Pool schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bungalow hat es immer etwas modrig gerochen. Ein TV hätte ich allerdings erwartet. Es sah aus, als wären sie noch nicht fertig eingerichtet gewesen. Kabel aus der Wand, Möbel sahen unfertig aus. Etwas unpraktisch, dass die gläserne Eingangstüre so nah am Bett ist. Man muss immer den Vorhang geschlossen halten, wenn man sich umzieht, duscht etc.

Endroit magique. Emplacement extraordinaire, le plus proche des ruines que l’on peut atteindre à pied. Immersion dans la forêt en dormant dans une chambre/cabane, joli restaurant, design très soigné. On entend au loin les singes et autres animaux.

Un lugar maravilloso en la selva de palenque
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, dentro de la Reserva. Si te gusta la naturaleza te va a encantar. En la madrugada oíamos los ruidos de los monos aulladores y los espacios verdes del hotel son lindos. En la noche había música en vivo tranquila y el restaurante está muy lindo y la comida muy sabrosa.

Cons:

El cuarto era obscuro porque las ventanas no dejan entrar mucha luz y faltaba buena iluminación eléctrica para poder leer en la noche.

Pros:

Belle salle de restaurant et personnel agréable. Dans la jungle possible d'entendre les singes hurleurs et de voir des animaux.

Cons:

Excentré de tout , lit petit pour deux , logement spartiate avec vitre fenêtre brisée. Piscine pas entretenue. Personnellement je n'y retournerai pas.
