Very clean rooms with not really welcoming feeling during stay
Pros:

Everything is untouchably clean. Congratulations to the roomkeeping team.

Cons:

Reception staff is completely uninterested and not lovely at all for no reason. The guy with the pink touch in his hair is really not behaving as a welcoming staff should behave, very very arrogant for no reason and not welcoming at all. Only the lady that did my check in was nice from the whole stuff I met.

Sehr angenehm
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Mein Freund war krank und die Rezeptionistin hat uns sehr geholfen. Wir durften etwas länger bleiben, damit er sich im Zimmer ausruhen konnte, und sie hat uns an ein Krankenhaus vermittelt. Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage direkt an der zentralen Straße von Palomino und die Anlage ist sehr schön. Der Pool war auch gut gepflegt und sauber.

Die Zimmer sind groß, das Frühstück sehr lecker, die Lage top - 15min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und das Gesamtflair ist einfach wunderschön

Great value for money
Pros:

Lovely place to stay and chill. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Pool area is quite small so did get pretty busy at peak times! Mosquito net couldn’t really be used with the fan which was a bit annoying.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und man konnte gut entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben immer versucht alles möglich zu machen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
