El hotel me pareció bonito, cuanta con varios espacios donde uno puede pasar el tiempo y despejarse un poco. Hubo un ambiente bueno y tranquilo a pesar de que el hotel estaba lleno. Los tragos me parecieron buenos y a buen precio, recomiendo aprovechar happy hour (day) que tienen todos los días. El trato del personal me pareció super bueno.
Yo me hospedé el la habitación con aire acondicionado que en sí es la más costosa y hubo 2 puntos que no me gustaron. La cama es durísima, como si a un bloque de cemento le hubieran puesto una sábana. Otro punto es que durante la noche salía un olor terrible del baño, como de cloaca, pensaría que es un mal manejo de aguas negras. El problema es que la pueta del baño es corrediza y son palitos en vez de una puerta sólida por lo que no había forma de bloquear el mal olor. No considero que el precio pagado vaya de la mano con estos 2 detalles.
Lovely helpful staff. Great pool area to relax and a generally nice little "resort" I can't speak highly enough of the reception staff they were extremely welcoming and helpful.
As much as this accommodation is perfectly located. We didn't have a great experience during our stay. Our room was adjacent to the bar area and on the 1st night there was entertainment which was fine, it was loud but it stopped at a reasonable time. The 2nd night however, the entertainment was still playing until 3am. In fact, my partner had to attend reception and ask if something could be done. It was as if the band was playing in our room. Not ideal. Apparently it was a "private function. The beds wasn't super comfortable and the bathroom was in need of an update. The shower curtain was pretty much a material curtain and did not prevent the escape of water, leading to the bathroom becoming a horrible "wetroom". A water retaining curtain should be considered.

El lugar es precioso, muy especial. Sobre todo la atención en recepción, nos ayudaba e indicaba todo lo que se podia hacer en Palomino. Muy especiales en como atienden a los huéspedes. Y el lugar también es super magico, perfecto para descansar en familia o pareja.
