Great location, but poor facilities and very disappointing, unreliable reception service.
Pros:

What I liked:

The location was ideal, right on the main street in Palomino, with easy access to restaurants, shops and everything nearby.

The breakfast was decent, and the restaurant staff, especially the people working at breakfast, were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

- Poor room facilities: no air conditioning, and the three fans were very noisy while the room remained very hot.
The mosquito nets were also ineffective, as they were not properly sealed and had large gaps.

- Reception staff were not very friendly or reliable. Drinks we had not consumed were added to our bill and were only removed after they checked the security cameras.
No English-speaking staff at reception, making communication difficult when there was an issue.
- Unclear payment process: we were asked to pay in advance via WhatsApp despite having a confirmed Booking.com reservation.
Late check-out was advertised at 20,000 COP, but reception asked us for 30,000 COP. We only noticed because we checked the conditions ourselves.
The lack of transparency and reliability from the reception staff significantly affected our experience.

Mooi hotel met 2 zwembaden.
Ontbijt was top, met zelfs meerdere keuzes.
Hele ruime kamer met meer dan genoeg ruimte voor al je spullen.
Voor de kamer ook nog een klein terrasje, zodat je ook nog buiten kunt zitten.

Cons:

Wifi was erg slecht. Deze viel zeer regelmatig uit.

Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, buena ubicación, personal amable.
El aire acondicionado es un plus.

Calidad precio correcta

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tenían mosquitero y hay muchos mosquitos. Aunque dejes la habitación cerrada durante el día y luego enciendas el AC, Los mosquitos entran por las ranuras de las ventanas del baño, se necesita mosquitera.

Cada mañana, friegan el piso con un producto combustible para hacerlo brillar. El producto huele feo y muy fuerte, tan tóxico que marea. No ea agradable oler eso nada más despertar durante media mañana.

Las piscinas parecen más grandes en foto que en la realidad.

Pros:

El lugar es como un paraiso escondido entre el pueblo. Entras y ves que es una transformación a lo que está afuera. La vegetación, el diseño que apela a Palomino, la tranquilidad, las instalaciones, el desayuno, la comodidad de la habitación y que los baños sean espaciosos..... todo eso lo hace que sea un lugar ideal para quedarse por más de lo que uno quisiera estar.

Cons:

Sería bueno que hubiera un closet para poder almacernar la ropa y cosas varias

Agradable desconexión
Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito, y esa mezcla entre naturaleza y modernidad lo hace muy agradable. Las piscinas y el espacio para compartir también estaban muy acordes al lugar. Realmente me gustó mucho el lugar.

Cons:

Tienen un montón de reglas y por casi todo te quieren multar. Eso genera incomodidad y hace que uno sienta que hay que ser muy cuidadoso en cada movimiento; además, las cervezas estaban con un precio súper elevado, comparando con las que vendían cerca del lugar.

Fijne locatie en lekker zwembad.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt centraal gelegen en heeft veel groen en twee kleine zwembaden met voldoende en heerlijke ligstoelen. Het ontbijt bij de buren was erg goed en super lief personeel.

Cons:

Wifi is slecht.
Doorspoelen toilet ging 2x niet goed en hebben ze moeten maken. Douche is met koud water.
