The hotel was immaculate that included the staff.
Pros:

Beautiful location. The hotel was so well thought out very quirky. Loved the decor . The food was beautiful very good menu. The staff were all very friendly couldn’t do enough for you .

Comfortable stay with an amazing Breakfast and thee best hospitality!
Pros:

The staff were amazing from arrival to departure I haven't experienced that level of customer service in a very long time. The room was clean and bed comfortable and breakfast service was excellent, as a person who doesn't enjoy hotel breakfast Elephant Rock is the very first in a long time where I would return just for the breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was just perfect, as a solo traveler it can be hard but I felt very comfortable in Elephant Rock.

From booking to arriving at hotel it was all excellent communication..
Rooms are lovely, quirky & very comfortable..
Breakfast was beautiful & great choice, service was excellent.. would defo recommend to stay here.

The breakfast was excellent.
I just need a better sausage on the plate. But that said, it's probably my fault for being so fussy on sausages . It's an age thing..

Amazing hotel. Decor is stunning, room was spotless and the staff are so attentive.
Pros:

Fabulous, freshly cooked breakfast. Really great choice and the staff were very attentive. The chef even prepared me a take away breakfast one morning as I was working and had to leave the hotel before the start of service. It's details like this that made me feel valued as a guest

Cons:

I have no negative comments - everything during my 2 night stay was exceptional

Disappointing room - but still love this hotel
Pros:

this was my second stay at The Elephant Rock Hotel and the staff, breakfast and overall atmosphere was just as great as my first visit

Cons:

My room was incredibly dark and uninviting. If I go back again I will certainly be asking not to be put into the same room. I was really surprised at my disappointment as my first visit to this hotel was so impressive.
