Khách sạn tệ nhất từng ở!

Cien ở Quy Nhơn quá tệ, từ thái độ đến cơ sở vật chất:
• Nhân viên lễ tân thiếu chuyên nghiệp, xin thêm gối không thèm kiểm tra, trả lời ngay “không có”.
• Đóng cửa 11h đêm, khách về muộn phải gọi mới mở, còn tỏ thái độ khó chịu. Để khách tự dắt xe lên dốc cao, suýt ngã thì đổ lỗi cho khách.
• Điều hòa 1 tiếng mới mát, nước nóng lúc có lúc không, cách âm kém nghe rõ phòng bên cạnh.
• Wifi hỏng cả kỳ ở, báo nhiều lần nhưng không xử lý.
• Minibar có đồ bị mở sẵn, kiểm phòng cẩu thả.

Không xứng đáng 1 sao. Không bao giờ quay lại. Ai định đặt nên suy nghĩ lại!

Pros:

I rarely give reviews but have to for them (feel like the score doesn't reflect their service). This is the closest to true hotel quality and standard you can get in Quy Nhon within the price range (300k - 400k by July 2024). I checked out 3 homestays and hotels before coming to this. Others were okay and get high-scored reviews on booking as well but can't compare to this. Sparkling clean, modern, brand-new. Bed was comfy and the view of twin room was excellent. Staff was quite friendly and helpful (especially the girl with short hair and the taller guy with glasses). So yeah, if you need a good night sleep in a decent hotel (within that price range), book it.

Keep in mind twin-room beds are for Asian average size : )
