Lokacija, švara.

Cons:

Personalo bendravimas, paskambinus paprašius durų kodo, buvo piktai atsakyta, jog gavome visas instrukcijas, bet durų kodas nebuvo atsiųstas, paklausus kelis kartus kaip įeiti pro duris nes prašo kodo, buvo piktai atsakoma, jog visos instrukcijos buvo išsiųstos, galų gale pavyko išsireikalauti durų kodo, personalo bendravimą vertinu 1 iš 10. Iškarto padėjo ragelį nespėjau pasakyti nei ačiū nieko. Iš personalo atstovės taip pat jokio viso gero. Mandagumas 0 :)

Tikėjomės geriau.
Pros:

Gera lokacija, langai į kiemą, tai naktį buvo tylu, kambaryje patogiai įrengta virtuvėlė. Patiko, kad įėjimas su kodu, jokių raktų nereik nešiotis.

Cons:

Nebuvo lygintuvo ir kiek prašėme, negavome. Pakabų drabužiams nebuvo nė vienos. Pro langą matėsi šiukšlių konteineriai, kambarys buvo prirūkytas, mažai tvarkos. Gale koridoriaus valytojų daiktai išmėtyti.

It would be a good hotel if you make some minor improvements
Pros:

Very good location, beautiful spacious room, there was a kitchen so you can cook

Cons:

1) definetely not 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 if we are being generous, so the price is too big for this kind of hotel 2) It says it is for 4 people but, there where bed only for 2, yes where was sofa, but there was no bedding for that :), also just towels for 2 people and 3 chairs, so its really misleading to write that its the room for 4 people, because it is only for 2, it just more space 4) first hotel ever there we went where was no toilet paper, we were so tired after the trip, but we had to go to the supermarket to buy not only all the toiletries (no shampoos and shower gels in 4 star hotel lol) but toilet paper as well) 5) also first hotel there it was only one little table near the bed for one person, so the other person has to put his phone and everything on the floor :Dd 6) we stayed for 2 nights but the cleaner never came to change towels, rubbish bin etc, how is is 4 stars really?

Labai gera vieta, pats centras, viskas arti.
Modernus įrengimas. Labai faina, kad galima su gyvūnais. Dėl daiktų - kaip ir viskas yra, ko reikia. Balkonas. Virtuvė mažytė-man užteko, šeimynai gal būtų ankšta. Man visko pakako.

Cons:

Labai prastai išvalyta. Tikiu, kad patalynė buvo pakeista, paviršiai nuvalyti, o grindys išsiurbtos, tačiau bendras švaros lygis buvo itin prastas.
Atidarius vonios kambario duris pasitiko labai stiprus drėgmės, pelėsio ar panašus nemalonus kvapas. Dušo kabina atrodė taip, tarsi būtų nevalyta ištisus mėnesius – purvas buvo įsisenėjęs visur, ypač ant plytelių.
Dušo kabinos durys buvo išlaužtos – likusi tik viena durelių dalis, todėl kabinos nebuvo galima uždaryti.
Užuolaidos buvo dėmėtos.
Balkone stovėjo kėdė ir staliukas, ant kurio buvo palikta peleninė su nuorūkomis ir vandeniu. Pati nerūkau, todėl prisėdus balkone cigarečių kvapas buvo itin intensyvus. Keičiantis svečiams tikrai vertėtų ištuštinti ir išvalyti peleninę.

Pros:

Erdvu, patogiai išplanuotas butas.

Cons:

Įėjimo spyna dažnai strigo. Indai galėtų būti atnaujinti ir jų mažai, šampano taurė -viena!!!
Kambaryje nėra kondicionieriaus, karšta, vakare neįmanoma vėdinti. Triukšmas iš gatvės. Kanalizacija siaubinga, visur keistas kvapas. Buto viduje durų rankenos sugedusios, durys neužsidaro.

Gera vieta, aiškios instrukcijos. Švaru, tvarkinga, daugiau mažiau yra visko ko gali prireikti. Trūkumai nekėlė nepatogumų.

Cons:

Vonios kambario rankena buvo sugedusi (issinerdavo) ir paveikslo stiklas sudužęs (dėl šito tai patarčiau tą paveikslą nukabinti ir išnešti, visgi tai nėra saugu, ypatingai kai svečiuojiesi su vaikais).

Pros:

As a tourists who booked the appartment just to have a place where you can sleep and spend all day outside exploring and experiencing beautiful town of Palanga, the place was great. We had a clean bed, working shower, a cattle to have a cup of coffee in the morning, and even a working fridge and a freezer with a nice bonus of some ice creams:)

It was great for someone who just want to explore the town and spend less time indoors.

The location is great as well. Very close to the seafront. Loved it:)

Cons:

Some minor maintenance issues (broken shower door, door handle, could be a little cleaner).
